Went in and ordered a pizza and some breadsticks, waited the 15 minutes for them to make my food, no problem. My pizza gets out and my name is called to come grab it, tell me why they just go grab breadsticks out of the warmer instead of actually making them fresh like I ordered? Their breadsticks that have been in the warmer awhile are gross. They get super chewy and not in a good way. Disappointed.
Hot and ready pizzas are tasty. Really like the crazy bread. Service a little slow sometimes but typically good service
I picked up bread sticks. They were undercooked, gummy on the outside and very little parmesan cheese. We also.noticed theiy were much thinner and shorter than we were used to. This was our second experience like this. Quality needs some attention to detail right away. ✅️
I don't know what is wrong with the Grandville location but I will not be wasting my time going back there. The first time I went, try crazy bread was burned and the second time I went they didn't anything. Everything I asked for they were out of and they guy never once offered to tell me what they did have or how long it would be to make what I wanted. Hebjust looked at me after he told they were out of whatvi asked for. So I ended up going to the Wyoming location on Byron Center. They everything and it was fresh. I will take my business to the Wyoming location from now on.
Terrible pizza! We normally like their pizza but this time had soooo much sauce on it! And their garlic butter tastes like nasty chemicals.

Wyoming lil Caesars locations are pretty good! The staff is always polite and professional at both locations.
