Very very poor customer service the people taking your order through the drive-thru are very obnoxious and will disrespect you because they’re not taking your order correctly and when you try to tell them about it they get furious. I would never go back there ever again.
The lobby is closed, only drive through...They turned the lobby into a daycare...kids in pampers running around & toys and pampers thrown everywhere.. talk about ghetto...The Colonel Sanders Daycare ?♂️

I typically have good experiences here, but the other day was not great.After going over the order 2x and being very specific, only 1 item was correct and that was a drink.
Worst experience I've ever had. Food was cold. Biscuits hard as a rock. When I tried to cut into it to put butter the whole thing fell apart.
Ordered 45$ worth of food. Got home and found they forgot stuff. Tried to call them and got no response. Forgot tenders for my kids meal, forgot 2 mashed potatoes and gave me an extra cole slaw. Just disappointed.
Wish they still offered the smaller $3 box option. Food was fresh this time and the lady at the drivethru was polite

Chicken pot pies were just as tasty as they always are. When we need comfort food fast, KFC chicken pot pies!
