First we ordered online for delivery. After nearly half an hour, I cancelled that order and decided to just go in.Then after going in, they didn’t give us one of the sandwiches. Then after calling in ahead of time, they still hadn’t made the sandwich. 3 employees ignored me for 5 minutes in an empty restaurant and then tried to give me someone named Austin’s sandwich. Total time 2 freaky slow hours.

The girl at the cash register (Let's call her Mar) had as much friendliness, customer service skill, and personality, as the plain white bread my sandwich was served on. When asked a simple question with a smile, the sandwich line looked aghast. But great job for showing up to work today.# thenewnormal
I always get a ham and cheese sub which you can’t really mess up, but I’m reviewing because the staff today were friendly! I never expect good service from chains but when I get it I am always pleasantly surprised. :)
I ordered food for delivery today, 1/28/22, at noon (order tracker said order received at 12:00pm), it is now 1:00pm and my food still isn't here. So much for freaky fast, if I could cancel my order I would. I only get an hour for lunch and I imagine that will come and go before my food arrives. Angry is an understatement, I could have gone to a sit-down restaurant, ordered food, eaten and paid by now.
I thought I'd be sweet and order my sweetheart food. Named it "Sarah the Beautiful". The person who made the ordered labelled her Sandwich " Sarah the Ugly".
Freaky fast like any other Jimmy John's. Only reason I gave it 4 stars was because they didn't have any non-carbonated drink options when I went.

Tried to order it without bread, it came with bread. When I called the person who answered the phone had zero customer service skills. He told me how I ordered it was wrong and that I only ordered “less” bread. Didnt offer to make it right or any other options. You would think as a business you would want to help figure out a solution for your customer. Very disappointed with the lack of customer service.
