They are fast, and accurate. I've ordered many times with the app, and the service is awesome. The sandwiches are delicious too

I don’t order JJ much and after receiving my sub I know why. The bread feels and tastes like it just came out of a refrigerator, toppings are ok, overall I feel I could have had a better sub from a vending machine.Also way overpriced for what it tastes like.
Good food but I asked for a cup for water and they tried to charge me $2 for a bottle of water. Then they charged me ¢25 for the large water cup when I caught it.
Love the sandwiches, like everything else, getting expensive.
This jimmy johns is always super nice, and im never disappointed. I order from them on a weekly basis and when they do mess up they make up for it unlike most places, cause no one is perfect. Kudos!!! plus their delivery drivers are super fast and polite!
Stopped here Weds night 03/30/2022 to get my wife a Bootlegger unwich. They took my order at the counter and handed me my wife’s sandwich. When I got home and she u wrapped it she found a regular sub sandwich that she can’t eat because she has Celiac’s. I called the store right away and spoke with the Mgr. He apologized and said he was putting a $10.00 credit on my wife’s profile that could be accessed with her phone number. I stopped in tonight and explained what happened and they took her phone number and entered it and tell me there is no credit under her name. I asked them to check my number to see if he accidentally used the number that I called in on and nothing there either. So the young lady asked me who I spoke with and I said I never got his name but it was the Mgr that worked Weds night. I asked who was on duty that night and she said well, If you don’t know I’m sure not telling who it was….REALLY? Talk about horrible customer service. I used to use Jimmy John box lunches for my company employee appreciation lunches but will never spend another penny with them. 1. They get my order wrong. 2. They lie to me about placing a credit on my wife’s account. 3. Received extremely rude service from an employee that didn’t care about the customer or trying to resolve the situation. Time to try Jersey Mikes or Firehouse Subs.
Really love the subs at Jimmy John's but the price is just a little bit above what it should be. I only gave it 4 stars because I only have eaten there a couple times. I'm going to have to wait for a couple more visits before I can give it a 5 stars if deserved.
This location tends to mess up my order while others never have. They consistently forget to add chips/pickle. Ahh well, they're trying their best in there.
