This is the second time ordering from here, both times I was extremely disappointed. This is why I don't usually give second chances. Food Service just isn't for everyone. The wings and fries came in one box covered in a disgusting sauce that I didnt order. The preparer put a small container of some weird redish sauce and didnt put the lid on tight so it spilled all over everything making it inedible. Also ordered a pastry and got a flavor I didn't order. I certainly understanding they may be busy, but getting the order wrong 100% of the times someone orders from there simply means you don't care. Definitely would not recommend this place if you want to eat what you're ordering.
One star is too many. Fries were greasy, tasted like they were fried in pure chicken fat. No seasoning. Worst "fast food" ever.
Have had some wings in the past that were great - however, wings barely had any sauce, looks like they were just squirted with sauce, and the fries were so stale they were almost rock hard. This is actually one of the worst food experiences I've had, if not the worst order ever... hopefully the employee situation gets resolved for other peoples benefit, but as for me, I'm out.
Was excited to try a local wing joint until i realized afterward that this is literally just Chilis. And also don't advertise these as wings with sauce because there isn't any on them. If plain, bland wings with soggy fries is your thing, I would highly recommend this place. For anyone else with actual taste buds, try any other possible wing joint in Grand Rapids
Ordered '8 piece bone in wings' which come with curly fries, and it's the fries that caused the 3 star ratingFirst the good:. The wings were excellent! Cooked to perfection, lightly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside with a very tasty Honey Sriracha sauce. The ranch dressing was also quite goodThe bad: I love curly fries but these fries were 'bottom of the basket'. A small portion of broken, very greasy pieces that a restaurant would never serve a customer dining in, it really annoys me when they foist them off on a delivery order. I would have rated them a five if the fries were good.
I ordered the 11pc boneless wings with 3 sides of sauces (who doesn't like options lol) and I received none. Just plain chicken nugs. There's way too many wing spots to choose from to be sending out naked wings yall

Ordered through Door Dash. Arrived hot and fresh. We ordered the Cajun Spice, regular Buffalo, and smoked Buffalo. Very good flavor with all of them. Although marked as medium (Buffalo), and hot (Cajun), they are not hot. My heat level is that I put Frank's Red Hot on almost everything, and these are much milder than that. Otherwise, good wings. Curly fries come with the wings, as shown.
Ordered 32 bone in wings and it’s soooo lightly sauced u can barely taste anything..its no difference then just naked wings with no sauce .. I also ordered 2 extra sauce on the side and they didn’t give me any ( paid extra) … 0 star!!! does this look like it had any sauce in it?… barely …waste of money this place shouldn’t be in business. y r u still open??? Yyyy?
After trying a couple of wings I threw way my order, its that bad. Don't waste you money.
