Worst experience ever. Ordered the gluten free pizza because my son has celiac disease, an hour later son is in fetal position puking his guts out. They didn’t make it gluten free, they didn’t even order it gluten free. Manager D accused me of ordering wrong because he said “he take lots of orders and doesn’t make mistakes!” I guess that means I decided to out of the blue order a regular pizza for my son for the first time ever. Mind you we had two larges, common sense tells you people don’t add an additional small pizza. Customer doesn’t come first at Wyoming Hungry Howies. D refused to make it right after he got my son extremely Ill. Won’t be back, your loss.
Missed the most important thing for the cinnamon bread, the icing. Called to see what they could do about it and all I got was a Sorry.
Hungry Howie's tastes like its supposed too. This location is fast and accurate; it is one of the cleanest pizza chains I've ever been in.
I’m a big fan of this location. Hungry Howie’s always slaps and this location is no exception. I order delivery and the food is delivered quickly, fresh, piping hot every single time. Always plenty of toppings and very even on the pizzas - nothing but good things to say about this Hungry Howie’s!
Bought pizza from Howies . Never again. This location no longer takes the Key Card coupons. The only location not listed on the back of the coupons. Also when we called in our order to the call center ( sounded like to India), they hardly spoke english. When we got home we had one wrong pizza with toppings we did not order. Order your pizza from some place else.
It's been years since I've had Hungry Howies and their bread is still how I remember it and I love it still the same, I was a little disappointed with the amount of Pepperoni in the pizza though. Paid an extra %1.99 for barely any Pepperoni, it was a little sad seeing.
Our pizza was very complicated and they did a very good job, couldn't have asked for it to be better. It was very hot as well, like it was fresh from the oven. Very nice delivery guy too.
Very good cheap pizza. Got two larges and breadsticks for $25!
Delivery driver was nice, but the Pizza wasn’t great. The box left a grease stain on my table, and grease was dripping from my mouth. Crust was more hard and tough than cardboard, and had no flavor. The Cajun Crust ended up making it just taste burnt. The stuffed crust also had no flavor, it would also be good if they added a dipping sauce with every order.
Good Pizza, mistaken order and poor follow up.On Dec 23, I ordered pizza for an event but when I got to the event, we only had half the attendance that was expected. I called the store well in advance discussing the order with the person that answered the phone, that I needed to cut back on the order. She told me that I only had one large pizza and bread on the order. I told her I ordered the two pizza special and should be two large pizzas and bread and I wanted to cut back on the order. She said only one large pizza and bread on order.Not having the order in front of me, I asked her if there was a larger size than 14" large and she sold me a 16"X pizza. When I received the order it was two 16" X pizzas and bread! The bill was $20 more than what I originally purchased and I had a more than a whole pizza and some bread leftover.I emailed the store and corporate email using their "Contact Us" about this error and no response. Really disappointing that they ignored my complaint.Pizzas were good and hot but having to pay $20 more over my budget when actually the order would have been less than $19 is upsetting not getting a response.RC
