The wait staff are arguing, the place is a mess, and overall chaotic. It's taking them 20 minutes to seat people when it's not busy, and the food is taking well over an hour to prepare and get to the tables. Many tables were cancelled and left. To go orders are taking over an hour to come from the kitchen. It took the waitress over an hour to give us silverware, and at that time, everyone sitting at tables got them all at the same time. Tables that were seated and ordered 30-40 minutes after us got their food before us, and we've been here for well over 1 hour and 15 minutes; we ordered our food 55 minutes ago. An hour and 10 minutes between ordering and getting the food. We got ours before the table next to us, and they ordered before us. If the lack of service and long wait times doesn't stop you from coming here, the loud, screaming children that are allowed to run around the entire restaurant with a parent making it game or the loud drinks certainly will. Furthermore, as we have sat here for nearly 2 hours, 5 tables have been comped in full (all tables had 4-7 people) because their food was nasty, undercooked or overcooked, and the manger didn't want to deal with the complaints. Definitely not worth the wait for the food. We had to have half of our order made to go, because half of it was forgotten. We definitely won't be back.

I always enjoy the going to the one on 44th street in Wyoming. Was seated quickly. Got our food fresh in a timely fashion. Waitress was polite and friendly. Making sure my family and I were taking care of. We did order breakfast even though I enjoy all of the items off the menu.

This was my first time at Denny's and I loved it! The food was so good, and the servings were quite large. I had to ask for a take home box. The girl that was our server was great, and so friendly, and made sure we were all happy coming around and always checking to see if we needed a drink refill, or anything else. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Went here for Mother’s Day and understood it was going to be a 40 minute wait for food. I decided to wait with my husband and kids the waitress took our order and when she brought our food out my husband ask for another order cause he had the $6.99 all you can eat breakfast. She said she put the order in but she clearly forgot about it cause when he asked she said I didn’t forget it will be out in 2 minutes by this time the restaurant had cleared out 15 minutes went pass and still no food as we got up to pay after the food was taking all day and we ask for a to go container which we never received she came out as we was leaving. The manager didn’t make it no better she wanted to tell me your ticket was order 50 minutes ago which we had been there since 1:15pm and didn’t leave until 2:40pm. The service was the worst I have ever received I wouldn’t recommend eating at this location.

both Denny's in grandrapids has such BAD SERVICE. I wouldn't be surprised if they both close up permanently.

Deciede to try some carry out breakky from Dennys.... never again....... 4 eggs ordered over easy all cooked to a solid yolk and split. Country fried steak patty looks like a old piece of butt end bread half soaked in some very watery yet still almost non existent "gravy" I guess is what is supposed to be. Some of the hashbrowns are raw enough to be crunchy in the middle. Lesson learned Dennys is just no longer viable option for sober people.

great food, great service

Waited 30 minutes, never was greeted upon arriving. finally tracked down a worker and asked to speak to a manager, a manager never came for 15 minutes, asked another employee to get management … finally manager makes it out front after waiting for an hour, and tells me they will have my food done in 10 minutes, it has been an additional 25 minutes now & still no food or contact about my order. The last time they had my order completely wrong & neither time was my order discounted or made right for the inconvenience.

Our waitress, Ashley, was so kind and welcoming despite how busy it was and low staff Denny’s of 44th st were (out of their control which is understandable). She was almost out of her shift too, and must have been so tired, yet she remained incredibly positive and helpful. She did her job perfectly and is a great waitress! Our food was delivered quickly and tasted delicious. Everyone else there was helpful as well. We’ll definitely be coming here again!

After spending tons of money expanding, adding slots, table games and opening new bars and restaurants, this casino is worse than ever.Saturday night, and half the table games are empty.90% boring blackjack tables. Exactly one Crazy 4, one Three card table, the variety was underwhelming. The situation involved with trying to find something to eat was frustrating, infuriating, and downright ridiculous.I went to the always mediocre buffet at 2:30 in the afternoon only to be told there was no space available for walk-ins, and the first available reservation would be for 8:30pm.The restaurant was mostly empty, and I guess one single person walking through their self service buffet was too much stress for the establishment.Other restaurants were worse.Even the ones charging 18$ for a two dollar hamburger were no longer accepting reservations.I got a better meal by leaving the casino and driving North one exit to Taco Bell.Don't waste your precious time. They should simply install money shredders over the toilets so you can waste your money quickly and get out.
