I placed an order, over the phone, for pick-up. I get there and pull into the, designated curbside parking spot. Once I Parked, I realized they never asked what kind of vehicle I was in. I noticed they locked the doors ten minutes before they closed, so I couldn't go inside. I called the store 3 times before anyone answered. I told them that I was there for my curbside order. I was told I had to go through the drive-thru to get my order. Why would I call ahead and place an order to pick-up, if I had to wait in line for my food in the drive-thru?? I wouldn't. Also, why do they have parking spots specifically for curbside orders, if you have to go through the drive-thru to pick up your food?? Maybe I'm confused about the pick-up policy, but this just seems ridiculous to me.
I was just at the 54th street Culver's in Grand Rapids Mi went thru the drive thru. Made it to work and had the wrong order. I ordered a hamburget meal. Called and spoke with a manager that claims her name is Shantelle and she responded as "Well since you said that she said that you wanted onion rings and not fries I will give you an order of onion rings." Now what kind of manager is that. I don't waste my time calling for something free I make 60 Grand a year plus. Shantelle obviously has no management skills and I will be calling Corporate I Felt basically accused of lying.
Amazing food service is good, but can be better behind the counter. The staff is very loud and known to be loud. Yelling at each other.b
good food, fast service, great staff
Nasty cold wet bread and smashed and gross? ?Fire the Mexican chick on night shift for Sunday night. She was mad disrespectful.
We like the food at Culver's that's why we go several times a month, but three out of four times when I order applesauce instead of french fries on the dinner for takeout, they forget the applesauce and I get no fries either, no matter how much I emphasize it. And it happened again today. It really annoys me when I'm paying almost $25 for two dinners (that doesn't even include drinks). I'm really getting sick of it.
I enjoy them, just need some seasons, or more. Great items, options, and pricing. Just bland. Butter Burger revamp me, please. I have been 3 times as a total. Not my fault.
The team got me my food quickly, it met the standards of other Culver's franchises in the area, and the staff were exceptionally kind. They even gave me a free Pepsi after mine was taken off the order for no additional charge.
Great food, great staff. Fast and accurate service and food is served hot and fresh.
They have good food but when you want a single hamburger they don't always listen and they give you a double
