Great place with several unique items and now they have a hibachi grill for fresh cooked dishes!
I went there today and every single food item was cold. They had a microwave by the soda machine, ( microwave was extremely dirty as well as the table it was placed on). They knew the food was dumb COLD. No visible hand sanitizer for customers to access. Not a single dish was labeled so basically assume what each course consisted of. Worst buffet I have patronized.
A lovely surprise in Grand Rapids. They have a large, open floor plan with a pleasant atmosphere. The food was well above average as buffets go, very flavorful with a very good selection, and the sushi was very good, also with a wide variety. The service was good, attentive but not overbearing. All in all, an excellent experience. We will definitely come back.
First of all when I get there there's a long hair in the chicken on the stick. Second of all it was 3:20 when I get there and I checked out at 3:40 but I get charged for dinner prices because I got a shrimp that was for dinner why get it out if it's not dinner time yet
Lots of food options, and the sushi was surprisingly exceptionally good. Waitress was attentive and very kind, making sure to refill our water and check in on us. The food itself was tasty, I would go back. I would give it one more star if the prices weren’t so high and if the food was warmer.
Lunch buffet with water on a Saturday came to $18. They offer an ample amount of seafood which impacts the price. The food was good but not great. They need to monitor the food temperature better. It was generally around room temperature which would not pass an inspection.
If I could give 0 I would. The manager is extremely rude and the place is extremely over priced. There were mistakes on my receipt and instead of just simply fixing it, she tried to argue with me about it instead. 18$ for one adult and the food was not even fresh nor were there more food put out for over an hour. I will never be back.
A bit pricey, some food was refreshed on buffet using water and a stir instead of replacement. Service was decent though a low amount of patrons.
I would give it less stars if I could, this place is horrible. They're extremely overpriced, they charged my husband and I $40.40 for the buffet and drinks, than when we started to go to grab things from the buffet they were cold or the spots were empty. They than started to close up and take food items away when they were scheduled to be open for another hour and a half, they're was another family that walked in to eat as we were leaving, I felt horrible for them. Needless to say I left hungry after paying $20 per person, and never received a simple refill on my drink. We'll never go back and I'll warn everyone I know about this place.
Great food. Nice and fresh. Worth the money for sure.
