Service was soooooo slow. Came in at 12:15 and did not get our lunch till 1:03. My husband's tacos were served on this unappealing and unappetizing, very dirty looking taco holder. Picture attached. I recieved my chicken tenders and didn't get my fries that are suppose to accompany the chicken till 5 minutes later. My chicken had sat in the warming station so long that my ranch dressing was COOKED and hot when I recieved it.
You have the poster child for the "Perfect Server"her name is Patty and I will just say this,she is the most attentive,cheerful,happy(seems like it)cares about her customers,seems to really know her stuff,she knows how to interact with people a real people pleaser,seems to help her fellow servers,seems extremely committed to her job... My family and I ADORE her,will DEFINITELY be back to see PATTY!!! She's AMAZING 🥰
Service was great and so was the food!
Bad service. Cold food. Charged wrong price had to get changed. Workers not wanting to clean tables and didnt (most tables just left dirty). Staff would walk by empty handed headed to the kitchen and leave tables full of dishes.I know theres a shortage of workers… discouraging as they seemed to have plenty of staff
Yesterday was my first time going to chili’s and it was not a good experience. We had to wait for a bit before the hostess came and gave us a table where we sat for a while watching the server pace around before taking our drink order. Once we finally got our food it was cold and the chicken breast I ordered was smaller than the palm of my hand. We sent our food back and did not eat so the manager did take everything off and only charged us for the drinks we had. The manager was very nice and did explain they just switched to a new computer system and they are still trying to get it figured out but she did gave us drinks to go and a margarita shaker which was cool of her. The server was very friendly but seemed like he didn’t have much training.
Had a great time. Was only a short wait for a table and our waitress Jesica was very attentive. There was 3 of us, and 2 orders came out and we were informed the 3rd order hadn't been rang in....so it was a good wait for that...but the waitress had the manager add a discount to our total bill to reflect the 3rd ordered entree as free. All in all, the food was amazing and the atmosphere was pleasant. ?
Will not be coming back. Paid in cash, was short changed. Girl was new, pocketed the $ and the manager covered for her. I called management for a breakdown of the receipt and the math didn't add up. 2 for $25 and $12 in drinks + tax should be around $40. $100-$40=$60. I only got $53 back. Upon hearing this, the manager hung up abruptly and I couldn't get back ahold of her again. The food was good, service was quick, but being shortchanged is something I can't look over. This establishment needs to be evaluated to see how many other people are stolen from every day.
First time coming to Chili's & it'll be my last. Not sure if it's just the location or if it's just Chili's in general. The waiter was decent but im mostly disgusted by the cleanliness and the food. The place just seemed very unsanitary. The utensils & cups were just disgusting. Slimy & just not clean. The bathroom was gross as well. Super horrible smell to it and just looked like the staff didn't really care of the cleanliness of the restaurant. My food was gross. It was basically smothered in oil. My burger was not edible for how much oil it was in. The buns were soggy to the point of it being like a sponge for oil. I ended up getting my money back for the burger. My fajitas were good but the meat seemed super fake. Super chewy and just not really good. I didn't finish it. The cups were dirty and slimy. This place I don't recommend. DONT GO HERE
Glasses, silverware, bathroom very sketchy. All below standard. Waitress messed up order. Music was loud and pushed through old speakers. I asked hostess to put us away from the speakers as I couldn't hear my mom talking. We're placed right under the speaker and she left with a nasty grin.We have been eating in this restaurant for 4 years every Sunday. Really taken a turn. The menu and food is great, but when you have to clean your silverware and yell at your company...may need to find another sunday lunch spot.Do I want to know what happens in the kitchen?Such a bummer.
