I already know I'm going to catch a few dislikes about this review, but you want honesty and that's what I'm going to give you.This is the first time I have ever eaten here at Chic Fillet. I ordered one of the chicken sandwiches. It was a nice, soft, hot bun, but it was dry with one pickle. The chicken was very good and seasoned perfectly. I, personally wouldn't go bonkers trying to eat there again unless I had them add a few things to the sandwich, like mayo, lettuce, and tomato.So, for the price it's just not enough for me. I could've went home and fried a piece of chicken and put it on a warm bun with a pickle for a lot cheaper and as long as it took to get through the line, probably around the same time frame as well.Don't kill the messenger?
Never in a million years would I expect to order a chicken sandwich in a drive-thru, to get home and have NO CHICKEN. Isn't chicken your thing?!We used to absolutely love coming here, but our last few visits have been something else. I get staffing issues and what-not, but quality control is still a thing and goes a long way if you expect customers to keep coming back.
Chick-Fil-A is my sister's favorite place to go. The line was long but they're always great about getting customers through quickly, and customer service was great as always. The food was a little cold, but other than that a good experience as always

Great food as always! We used the app to order ahead and it made getting dinner on the road so easy! (esp with 3 kids!) My son loves sandwiches and said of the chicken sandwich, "this is the BEST sandwich EVER!" His eyes were filled with true love and joy, lol.

Food was good but I dealt with four people just to place a drive through order. I mean if the intercom was out okay, but if you’re not going to use it why install it? I had to stop and ask four people what they needed from me. Maybe put in a sign or two that say things like “Order Here”. Much more difficult than it needed to be.
Cookie bags where dirty, I ask mgt to print out receipt and they said could do it even though go to other chick fil a on an app order they print one out no problem. I called customer service hot line and they would look into it. That was it…..btw that was mgt in the picture telling me I can’t get a receipt for my corporate expense that I have to submit every week.
