I didn’t have the money for a single cheese burger. And the nicest man in the kitchen here paid for 2 double cheeseburgers for me. Honestly this gesture of kindness goes miles. I’ll remember that forever and will be eternally grateful. Never going to any other fast food joint around me for a burger because of this. Give that man a promotion or a raise please.
My order was very simple and they screwed it up completely.#1 i ordered a #1 with tomato and onion and mayonnaise only.It came loaded with everything. And the meat was cold to the touch.I also ordered a checker burger no pickles and on mustard. It had everything. And the meat was cold to the touch..It is pretty bad when they cannot get this simple order correct.I do not recomend this place at allI will be calling the manager
Fries were put in the bag upside down, chicken tenders basket wasn't clipped shut. Everything ended up at the bottom of the bag which isn't a big deal. Asked for 3 dipping cups and got 2. Food was alright

Ordered through door dash, ordered a burger with no mustard, pickles, and ketchup. There were no pickles but there was ketchup and mustard. burger was cold and i never received my drink.
Rude drive-thru and the food was horrible, chicken was old and harder than a rock seriously the worst one I've ever been to, it was a waste of my time and money I actually threw the food out & it was over $15. If it weren't for that it would have been ok
Went to have a bite to eat while I was playing pool over at sands, for as long as I can remember the walk up window has been available. I stood outside for maybe 10 minutes before a very rude lady comes up to me waiving her hands around saying no walk ups. Now this wouldn’t of been a problem if maybe there was a sign? The menu was lit up I’ve worked with checkers before we’ve always took walk ups because there’s a designated area for it. Also it wasn’t even busy. The way she handled it could’ve been alot better it’s not the first time this same lady has been extremely rude to me. I used to love checkers but now the customer service has completely declined. I was also called a b**ch for asking who her manager was so I could report her rude behavior. Shouldn’t be working with customers if you can’t respect them.
The wait was a little long, but given the times we're in, I didn't mind. The food was fresh, hot, and prepared as ordered.
Burgers were stone cold by the time we got them home not far away Clerk was rude and needs to learn to turn off his mike if he is going to make remarks about customer.
Awesome Service!! All of the employees I talked to, had great attitudes. It was a Saturday night, and they were busy, but super nice service and everything was correct..
