Almost without fail, if you order a breakfast sandwich with bacon on it, you will be given a sausage sandwich.Doesn’t matter how many bacon sandwiches you’ve ordered. 1, 4, 10…they will all be sausage.Honestly at this point, I’m starting to wonder if it’s just an inside joke that I’m not totally getting.Today was definitely my last purchase from this store, although, I probably should have known from the first time. You got me!
The Tuesday night shift sucked, they acted high took 15 minutes to get to the window and pay. Then gkt eveeything wrong. They were horse playing and laughing while people were waiting in the drive up. Ridiculous no customer service skills.
I went there yesterday got two Whopper and it was cold I ordered a large onion ring in the Box was half full and they reheated them again before they give them to me deep fry them and they were harder in a rock I will never eat at that place again their food is terrible their service is terrible
I feel bad leaving a review, because I felt so sorry for the staff. They were working so hard and the new employees were trying so hard and just getting yelled at by customers. So I wasnt about to send anything back. Anyway- it was bad enough to wrote this, but hopefully you have a better experience and I was just there at a bad time.But After 15 minutes in line though, nothing was right.my main issue was A plain no bun double cheese that looked like this-
This location really needs to work on picking up their phones. Gas prices are too high for them to be screwing up people's orders by not following simple instructions and not even including all of what was paid for! I came back in the next day and they remade my entire order. I was so grateful. William and the acting manager in charge, I think his name is Jake? Super nice and took care of everything.
This burger King really SUCKS.every time I spend 30.00 I'm short on something.im disabled and there always out of carry out cup holders.makes it hard to carry 2bags. 3 cups and a cane.
The man at the counter was competent and friendly. The crew worked efficiently to produce our order quickly. The food was good.
Came with a coupon for 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 small fries for $4.99. Ordered a dbl whopper jr also. Somehow I was charged almost $15.00 and given no receipt.Called customer service and was told I would be emailed a gift card within 24-48 hours. Week and a half later, still no gift card. Called customer service again and was told I would hear something back within 72 hours. I’m gonna use my intuition and not hold my breath.
The sandwiches that we ordered were not made the way that I asked. When I called the store manager was awesome, apologetic and offered coupons for their error. The food was fresh.
