Went there on 07/19/2022 around 12pm and the experience was horrible! First of all the restaurant was filthy from the outside in and the female manager was rude and actually swore at me because the dining room drink machine was out of ice! She also yelled at the female black employee to get the ice! This female Caucasian manager is racist and was out of control! Do not waste your money at any of the Grand Rapids Burger Kings they are all horrible and are operated by a horrible franchisee obviously.
The food I got was just terrible I took it back to the counter and said it's way overcooked I said can you cook it less she said oh it's just that the grease is really old

Ordered 2 combo meals with cherry coke do to the fact they were some how outta every kind of pop? Received diet coke with a shot of cherry in it! Asked the worker at the window if the pop had something in it because it was clear what I got wasn't cherry coke she insure me it was cherry coke until I looked at the receipt and it said diet coke with a shot of cherry horrible service never going back! Save your money and go somewhere else! Or at least a different burger king!
Showed up at 10:30, no one else there. Denied breakfast because they stop serving at 10:30. Also arrived at 8:00 on a Saturday morning, no one there but us customers. Worst BK in G.R. area.

The food was decent but I ordered coke on the app. When I got to the window she asked what I wanted and I said coke, I received diet coke. Twice. For real, even after i complained. Not the smartest employees I guess. Also no salt on the fries. Come on.. Won't be ordering from this store again.
I have never had a problem with location before; until today.. I used the app to order (with no problems), and when I was to pick-up my food, a lady said "I cannot give you these sandwiches for this price". I used the app to tweak the burger's. If this location will not honor all of the app's features, then all of the apps features should not work at this location..This is a franchise, who obviously has financial issues. I will be calling Corporate.
I ordered 2 Italian chicken sandwich meals with shakes.. My wife wanted a salad. We drive up to the window and they say they dont have salads or shakes. I get my meal and its just two sandwiches. I asked the manager to order some fries and she just said have a nice day and walked away.I havent been to burger king in years, and really dont have a desire to come back.
