Haven't been here in a long time food was good only gave it four stars because our waitress Caitlin might have been overwhelmed by the people that were there but by the time we got our loaded nachos they were already getting soggy and by time my beer was delivered wasn't very cold but all the food did taste really good.
Restaurant was clean, and it was nice having an outdoor area to sit in. Not very busy, but my food did take awhile. Three other tables got their food before us. We only ordered chicken tenders and a chicken sandwich. Otherwise, the food tasted good.
This place holds many great memories for me, my 21st birthday with the girl that I love up to this day (and forever more, after) took me here. Now, it CAN get really pricey, but the food and fun-loving atmosphere make up for great experiences and making memories. This, this is just one of those places that puts a smile on my face when I think about it, not many eateries have this distiction, and it does Grandville/Wyoming proud. ?? The service was fair to good the last time I had stopped in and the food has always been good to great ALONG with their drinks. ? If you have a moment to make a fun memory, (and extra cash...) then I would most certianly recommend this place to any-one!
It's a good b-dubs location held back by some inconsistency. Sometimes everything's great, sometimes there's something wrong like a missed item, one thing coming out cold, or a sporadic server.
Original 2 star review first, update to 5 stars at bottom:Shockingly, we haven't eaten at BDubs since just before COVID started. We decided to get take out tonight! Boneless BOGO night!!!We ordered 2 sets of 10 boneless, giving us 40 boneless "wings" altogether... Also ordered a large fry, large cheese curds, and 2 bottles of sauces, because one can never have enough BDubs sauce - let's be honest!!!Ordering the sauce on the side for the 40 boneless wings, we were given only two itty bitty ramekins of sauce per 20 wings, I think it was about 1.75oz of sauce per 10 nuggets. Sadly, out of the 4 itty bitty sauces we ordered, only 2 of the 4 were actually ones we ordered - 2 were incorrect. Then, the $11 worth of bottled sauces we paid for were also forgot.(We ordered this for pick up one hour before it was needed. HOWEVER, pick up time was at 6pm during a really busy night).The food was HOT though, and was good... Just sad without sauce. First world problems, I know.UPDATE: from 2 stars to 5 stars!!I brought my receipt in the next day and talked to the manager during a *non-rush* time. He said we could just order some food and he would comp it as an apology. We were given our 2 bottles of sauces from the night before. 15 minutes later I was on my way with super hot, super fresh food. Since we already had tons of leftover boneless wings, we decided to try a pulled pork/brisket sandwich with BBQ, slaw and onions on it-- IT WAS AMAAAAAAZING... Even better than the wings, and I know that is blasphemous to even think... The smoke flavor, quality meat, sauce, and slaw were a total package. Absolutely my new favorite thing!!!So, without the sauce snafu, I never would have tried the brisket. So, THANK YOU for good customer service! We are all human and mistakes happen-- but it's how you solve the mistakes that say a lot.Great job! Thanks!

This location is the worst by farEvery single time I carry out by ordering online or calling in, doesn’t matter the method, my orders are wrong. Never fails.I will get the wrong sauce, wrong order completely, something left out or the order is placed under a completely different name than my own. This is why I stopped tipping and now I will stop coming altogether. I’ve given them multiple chances, and this place is not worth the extra drive to another location.

My wings had almost no sauce on them... I actually really love bdubs but this location lately has really been skimping on sauce. That's kinds of the whole point of the wings... my wings were more dry chicken that sauce. Very disappointed in my food. Also they cut the size of their ranch containers in half so if you are someone who likes a lot of ranch like me be aware you'll want twice as much now.
