The worst Biggby location in GR. I’ve given this place several chances over the last year and every time I regret it. It’s always something. Sometimes they’re randomly closed. They’re often out of whatever I order. Drive thru always crazy slow. Today I sat at the drive thru with no cars in front of or behind me and waited 5 mins to order. I’d much rather drive to the Kalamazoo & 60th location. Never again
Today was my third day ever coming to this location and Kim greeted me with “i remember you from your smile” and proceeded you read out my order PERFECT without me even giving a hint! I swear these baristas give the absolute best service and i will not be going anywhere else after today because they are too awesome <3 thank you for working so hard and leaving such a good energy
Got to go to this biggby's Elli is amazing. He is always upbeat and gets your coffee done fast and RIGHT. He know my order before I even tell him. Aleena is always happy and has a big smile on her face. You would never know if she's having a bad day or not bc she puts the customer first. Thanks you guys if you read this from Stephanie ( 2 Large ice coffee with cream and an extra shot ) :)
Update: Downgraded my review to 2 stars because yet again (6/1/22) they cannot serve bragels because the toaster is "broken". I've had enough of wasting my time coming here. I will not be back.This location has the most awkward drive thru, and is almost always out of something, or their "toaster is broken" so they cant make the bragel. The other locations around this area don't suffer from the same problems, so I'm not sure what the malfunction is here. Definitely lots of room for improvement at this location.
31 min wait with 4 cars ahead of me and 2 employees working. The orders were screwed up before me along with mine. Wth, fire them.

The young lady who works the window most mornings here is simply amazing!!!! Having a rough morning? go see her! Wanna smile? go see her! Want great customer service? Go see her! She is beautiful and so sweet. Give her a raise, a promotion and part ownership in this store NOW I drive out of my way just to get my coffee from her smiling face. Keep it up gorgeous!!! You are the definition of amazing customer service

I love their coffee and the harvarti bagel sandwiches so good how the cheese melted in your mouth and the cream cheese is so delightfully even out across my bagel. Highly recommend.
01/10/22 tired to get some coffee today and without any notice they were closed. There were multiple cars in drive thru and all had to leave. Maybe y'all should put up notices if you aren't going to be open during business hours.
