I've been a customer for 15 years.. I order the same thing. Daily but at this place the the guy lied to me twice.. I ordered blue berry muffin toasted . He said we don't do that here I'm like since when. He said just our policy.. that's a lie.. I come inside to get a refund He said no money back. I didn't see a sign posted for no reefunds so I'm calling a lawyer for discrim

Horrible experience . I love Biggy coffee however, this time my grandpa and I went to grab some coffee. Ugh, so dissatisfied. I ordered a small cappuccino, the worker gave me a half full coffee! :/ My grandfather’s large coffee (4 cream) was cold! Man, it’s already cold outside. It’s very disappointing the fact that our coffees were not served properly. I love Biggby Coffee but, this time wow just wow, very disappointing. I guess you guys lost a customer. I am taking a break from this place . The only good thing is the server was friendly and kind. The most important part coffee, ruined the mood just knowing our coffee wasn’t the best served as usual.
Good coffee to get the day started, a little bummed they ran out of food when we got there at about 1145, so...word to the wise there.
waited in line over 15minutes only to get to the window to find out equipment was broken and no hot coffee drinks were available. I understand things break bur maybe next time a sign could be posted stating equipment was down instead of.havinf customers wait in a long line wasting their time.
Always enjoy their coffee and the staff here is always so nice.

These people took 25 minutes at the window, took forever to make my order and then MADE IT WRONG AFTER TAKING TEN MINUTES TO MAKE IT AND DIDNT EVEN APOLOGIZE. This is almost a $8 and 40 minutes of my time at this point. Are you kidding me. Biggby has gone so far downhill after the pandemic. I used to be a regular to the point that I was friends with the baristas at my location and now I can’t even get a drink made in a timely manner. This is beyond ridiculous, biggby do better.
I frequent bigby everyday I won’t be back to this one tay the barista was rude and just terrible customer service not professional at all I’ll still go the Grandville location
