This location is in a Odd place the traffic in this plaza sucks..It cuts off 2 major entrances ..this line was SOOO LONG it took 1 hr. and 40 mins.for a☕ cup of coffee thru the Drive- Thru.
They where so patient with a big order and helped me and answered all my questions. The staff is so amazing and have the Best Big B spirit! One of the staff remembers Sarah was amazing and patient with a smile.
You literally have to have a hour of time to make it through their drive through. It’s incredibly slow, and since the inside is still closed you can be sure they are doing one order at a time. Honestly, this is pre Covid too so lack of staff really can’t be it. I like Starbucks but enjoy the sandwich options at Bigby. Starbucks can see 5 cars for every 1 car Bigby can.
This is by far the worst location. It doesn’t matter if you are first in line or 5th it’s always a 10 mins or longer stop. Coffee is never consistent. They have one window person who is very rude and makes the decisions if she wants to take your coupons or not and likes to slam the window and walk away. Management does not follow up when you reach out.Do yourself a favor and make the extra trip to go to Ivanrest location or 44th and Burlingame over Byron Center. You won’t regret it.
I tried going this week when other locations were advertising the Birthday specials. When I was charged full price I asked if they were participating. I was told "No, but we probably should be. Our general manager doesn't answer her phone" I was then given my luke warm latte. It was such a deflating experience. I will make sure I go to a different Bigby location or the Starbucks across the street from now on.
I understand lack of staff, but your google info still says 9pm, your temporary hours say 6pm, and I arrived at 5:30pm to a dark store.
I live at the Bayberry Apartments only a few hundreds yards from the Byroncenter location. I walked over to get a coffee this morning and the lobby was locked with a sign saying the lobby was temporarily closed. When i patiently stood in the drive up line (which had no traffic other than a car in front of me) and walked up to the window I was turned away saying they did not take walk up traffic. So I walked back to my apartment got in my car and went to their competition. Here I am trying to support a local Michigan based company. I don't know as I will ever support them again.
I went there at 2:30, they close at 6. I was dying for some food, anything warm. They told me they turned their toasters off for the night so I couldn’t order a bagel ? at 2:30! There were 3 people there and it was not busy. That’s worse than McDonald’s shutting down their ice cream early. Couldn’t believe it. Also spent about 30 minutes in the drive thru, I understand if they were short staffed but there were like 3 girls in there giggling having a grand ole time. Just wanted a bagel :(
Lately when I go to this location they are slow and the coffee tastes like plain coffee with whip. A lady also was going the wrong direction to enter the drive through, was raged and pushed her way infront of me almost hitting my vehicle and the one in front of me.
I typically do not have bad service here but today was ridiculous. I asked for a bagel and the lady said sorry we don't have that and so I tried ordering a different bragel and she goes "oh no we aren't even selling bagels today" ok? So I order a coffee cake muffin and my coffee, my coffee isn't hot at all, and I get to work to eat my muffin and they gave me the wrong muffin completely. And then I usually get a bragel and always have to ask for cream cheese because I never get it on any bragel. Plus no cup sleeves anymore with your drinks. I am not impressed with this location.
