I think the food here is always fresh, and it's an Arby's so you pretty much know what you are getting. But when it comes to the evening hours, I never know if they are open. On Google it says they are still open, but when I drive there, they are always closed. That is always very frustrating.
Consistently giving out old food and missing toppings on sandwiches. I always get cold fries and mozzarella sticks, and their sandwiches are evidently made by mentally handicapped individuals. Maybe it’s a new push by Arby’s to be more inclusive, but nobody there was physically incapable, it was all in their head.I will continue to post a new review every time they charge me full price and give me less than what I ordered, and too old to be considered legally able to serve for human consumption.If they don’t improve, I’ll get health inspectors in on it. I know the GM personally, but it’s really not on them, the staff is just plain slow in the head and can’t make food properly or keep their hold counts fresh.
Couldnt even order, and the bozos that work here don’t know what picking up a phone is. I’m surprised there’s people over 5 years of age working there. Arby’s is at the bottom of the chain.
Now I'm not sure what kinda meat this place is serving for roast beef but this meat was a very grayish color tuff to chew I really should've went back but I didnt so I will no longer eat AT ANY ARBYS again

order was fast , exactly what I ordered, staff was polite and gave me correct change. What more can you ask for in fast food? They got it down!!
Sat in drive thru for 7-8 minutes before they even took the truck at speakers order then they proceeded to take the car in front of us order the as we get to the window they closed
If I could give them zero stars I would!! Absolute worse service I’ve ever had! It took forever to get our food and the girl at the drive thru didn’t say a single word to me! They forgot to give us our milk for the kids meal, the roast beef on our sandwich was like crusty like it was scraped off the bottom and my chicken was BURNT! Do not recommend this location!
