I have been here a few times, and every single time I’ve been here the sandwiches have been cold. I tried to order a 2 for $6 beef and cheddar, and was told that the beef and cheddar was not in the two for six on top of two cold sandwiches.
Quick lunch stop...can't resist curly fries w/ Horsey sauce. -1* because the parking lot has dangerous pot holes that were hungry to devour drive thru cars!
Food is unfortunately always cold the times that I had gone, but I gave them another shot the other night. I ordered a double beef and cheddar but received a single, and also cold.
Been going down hill the past few visits..very cold fries thru drive thru. Not top of our fast food list any longer.
This was the worse Arby's we have been to. The lady at the window was so rude. I asked her for a.cip for ketchup and she handed me soda cup. I say the portion cup. She said very rudely I will put it in the bag and parked us.we got our food and the lady handed to the wrong car. Which the went through and said this isn't mine. OK so I ordered a beef and cheddar with no red sauce and extra cheese sauce. My sandwich had 2 dots of cheese on the bun. Both of our sandwiches was cold. Like it came out of the fridge. I tell ya I will never go there again
The two ladies working today when my family stopped by at 5 pm were working ALONE. I must say, this GM and Assistant Manager were absolutely KILLING IT... running drive thru, front counter, AND doing all the food prep.... girls, I know this hustle from my days in fast food! I hope your helper shows up quick!!! I was telling my husband I wish I could jump back there and help y'all, Arby's was one of the places I worked back in the day. Keep hustlin ladies. Y'all rock!
I chose to dine in with my mom for lunch. The atmosphere was chill. While she enjoyed a French dip meal with a small jamocha shake I decided to go with the #15 jalapeño wrap meal with a large jamocha shake and jalapeño poppers. The whole restaurant was clean and the food was prepared fresh. Thanks!
I don't think I've ever been to a bad Arby's. This place is open late, it's got plenty of different foods to pick from, and it's been killing it with the new additions lately. Employees at this location are generally very kind and quick to get you your food. Interior redesign looks nice and modern. More attention to cleaning needed though; often find straw wrappers in the seats and salt on tables.
