Our server was awesome!!! Food was great.
They told us it would be a fifteen minute wait due to staffing but, the bartender on duty had us sit close to the bar and she took care of us right away. Great service.
Great food and service. Can be a little slow due to busy times. We ordered for pick up and a couple minor things were forgotten but overall great experience
Food was good wait staff were great people. Patty was a great server and Heather the manager was nice too she came to check on us
I have been a customer for many years but last night on 4/1 I had the worst experience ever. we had a great waitress but the service was horrible. We had to ask about 4 times for our drinks, to go box, my to go order and bill. Then the chicken bowl didn’t have any chicken in it. Your employee’s were sitting around why customers were sitting in lobby to get seated. Not a good look. We were sitting there over 2 hours waiting for our complete service to be done. Not sure I will be back
Came right before close with my friend & David (the manager) mare sure we were seated quickly with time to order. Ashley (our server) was very attentive and patiently waiting our table for the duration of our meal with a smile :)
Is took wife here for Valentine's Day after 7 pm very warm fellowship with staff, had a great time we'll be back
Went there for my nieces birthday and even thou they was short staffed our Waitress Ashley did a great job. Even thou the Manager David was helping out in the kitchen he would step out to the dining room and ask customers how things were.
Took an hour to get our food. Took an hour just to get an ice water. Burger was dry, and crusty. Waitress had poor excuses. The place wasn't even busy, and I can see why. We could also hear plenty of other tables complaining as well.
Patty was the best server ever,she helped me find the perfect meal for me,she was very attentive,she took care of us,we never had to ask for refills,she took our plates off the table,talked to us like we were ‘family’and that is GREAT!! You guys are really lucky to have her,She was super busy but still made the time to get to us in a timely matter(I feel like she was this way with her other tables too)I do not like what I heard another woman said about her but I think maybe it was just jealousy,lol…I witnessed this young lady doing more than only her job,and then apologized multiple times for not ‘spending enough time’at our table(she did great and spent enough time with us)I come to Applebee’s a couple times a month and have seen her time and time again doing others jobs when they stand around and do absolutely nothing!!! My husband and I told Patty how great she was but she didn’t feel like she deserved the compliments,I guess we just wanted you know that you have a GEM in Patty,and absolute AMAZING SERVER,A great people person,she interacts with the babies!! Your VERY LUCKY,I have seen people come and go but I must say if Patty was ever to NOT work for your company I’m not sure my family and I would continue to come there…have a great day and THANK YOU FOR SHARING PATTY with my family!!! Let her know how great she is and I am SURE we are not the only family that feels this way,there is NO WAY WE ARE!!!
