Waited in line for 15 minutes being the only car in the drive thru. Decided to park and go in.. tried all 4 doors which stated open until 11 (it was 6 pm) all locked... meanwhile 3 toddlers running wild inside dinning area no adults to be seen. Get back into my car pull into drive thru again waited a bit then they come across I'm sorry it's going to be a minute.. McDonalds across the street was steller! Worst Wendy's experience ever....
Messed up everything about an order for two. Called corporate and was promised the franchise would call to make it right, Agee two weeks of no call called again and still a month never got a call back. This is a franchise that DGAF about quality or customer service. To the point I don't think I want to goto Wendy's anymore.. Cold fries super salty all clumped together, menu standard sandwich completely wrong. Never had this bad of food from a Wendy's before.
Asked for a small fry. That's what I got. A box of 2 inch fries. The apple pecan salad was minus the pecans.
My 17 year old daughter went through the drive thru today and I was craving hot fries since they are advertised as being fresh guaranteed..... we live literally 3 minutes away and they were cold and hard, so I proceeded to call and a very rude man claimed he was the manager called me a liar and hung up on me twice smh. Needless to say we will go the extra couple minutes to the Fort Street location, and of course couldn't reach anyone at corporate. They need to just close this location
They lied, their fries were not hot and crispy. They were warm at best and soft SOS. I've seen their advertisements on TV and wanted to try their new fries. I know they say if they're not hot and crispy they'll make you some that are. It took me 10 minutes to get a medium coke and large fry. I don't have time for you to remake stuff. So how about you take the advertisements down and just try your best.

lady had a bad attitude from the start then claimed that i had an attitude, and decided not to continue with our order. terrible customer service.

Today is November 9 2021, time was 720pm. As I sat in line I watched an employee from the drive thru window eating nuggets or fries over the fryers. Really disgusting!!!??It wasn’t the drive thru lady it was the younger lady in the back with glasses!???
Tonight the food was great and so was the service. Bake potatoe was make perfect and they made my husband a fresh salad. Thank you for taking the time and making everything great!
