There are several people working here that are just standing around looking confused. The lady with the microphone mumbles her words and when you get to the window to pick up your food they give you somebody else’s order. When they realize they got the wrong order they ask you to pull up and they will bring it to your car but then you wait a long time for them to come out with it. Very in efficient workforce and incompetent.
Love this Timmy’s. Best one around the area. I drive out of my way to go to this one instead of the one in Southgate. Always friendly and fast no matter how long the line is.
Was out of everything we tried to order, and the lady on the speaker was pretty careless and quite on the mic.
I bring my elderly aunt here for coffee whenever we go out. It's her favorite place for coffee. It's always fresh and if it's not, they brew it fresh for her. Staff is always friendly and no matter how long the drive thru line is, it always moves quickly. They always have fresh donuts too.
Long wait, limited menu, kind service and good coffee at least

Went around 8 am they were busy, but not crazy. Bagel was good. Coffee tasted burnt. But honestly this is not my worst experience with this chain.
Friendly fast drive thru was on point as well as inside
handed me the wrong drink and had to wait another few minutes, then a different person almost handed me the wrong drink again. they finally gave me the right one which i didn’t mind waiting for. until when i got home with my fiancées tea, which on the receipt says two cream and sugar and they gave it to me black. my caramel macchiato just tastes burnt. overall wasted my money & disappointing
