The Vault is amazing! We don't get out much these days and I'm so glad we decided to try this restaurant. It's clean, classy decor, and the food was absolutely amazing! Literally everything was awesome. From the bread and butter (I have celiac disease and they gave me gluten free bread!), to our salads and entrees, everything was absolutely on point. Our waitress Debbie was kind, genuine, and made sure we had a positive dining experience. We will definitely be back. If you haven't tried The Vault please experience it for yourself! You won't regret it.
What a great dinner we had tonight!First I must say thank you to our cousin Sheryl Pappas who gave us a wonderful Anniversary gift card to the Vault in Wyandotte. The waitress we had was superb. Carly P. Was very attentive and right on point with the food and extremely polite and courteous.It was a great family night with our cousins. I had the New York Steak and it was cooked to perfection. The Salmon and Walleye were very flaky and moist. Caesar salad and Poached Pear salad was fresh and had just the right amount of dressing. The only thing I would change is the Bloody Mary, it was very boring and bland. But over all it was a wonderful dinner. I will be a returning customer.
I had great food with great company, the service was a bit lack luster. There was a point where it seemed we were forgotten for a good 20-30 min, with some of our waters being empty while eating our meal. It wasnt that busy the night we went either.However could have been newer staff and the food was great with great dessert as well! Definitely worth going.
We had our office Christmas Party this past Thursday at The Vault in Wyandotte. We all had a great time, great food, great atmosphere and so many laughs. We were not rushed at all. Our waitress made great suggestions for drinks and appetizers. Great experience all the way around!
My wife and I stopped by here for lunch while in downtown Wyandotte. We had heard it was an enjoyable experience, both the quality of the food, the presentation and the atmosphere. And we had no problems whatsoever with any aspect of our visit. The soups and salad were right on, as was the service. The restaurant was quiet (as we ate at the end of the normal lunch time), so that made it even more pleasant. The Vault is a little pricier than most lunch venues, but par for the course in downtown Wyandotte. Overall, a wonderful experience.
The staff was amazing. Food was incredible. Exceptional recommendations by staff, and even though my steak came out slightly undercooked, they took it upon themselves to go above and beyond to make it the best experience for us. We were celebrating our anniversary. Definitely will be back!
Today was our 30th anniversary and I thought we were going to another local fine dining until my husband surprised me by taking me there instead.Service was wonderful, lighting was comforting and the food was flavorful and filling. This place is highly recommended to visit or celebrate your special day!
Great food and service. My wife took me there for my birthday. It was a great dining experience. I had the Tomahawk Ribeye steak with the New England clam chowder, both was amazing. Craft cocktails were high end. We will definitely do it again. Debbie our waiter was amazing. Thanks for offering the Downtown experience so close to home.
Nice atmosphere, the decor is modern industrial, the service was great. Our server was Wendy who took good care of us. The food was decent, but needs a little improvement in preparation. Though it is a good menu. I would visit again. We had a reservation and that's probably the best thing to do. We had a large party, but also good for couples or even solo. I don't see it fit for kids too much.
