Not sure what the problem was here. We ordered appetizers and drinks and our drinks arrived about 15 minutes later. Place wasn't packed by any means. It seemed like the bar was just slow. Then with appetizers we waited about 45 minutes for a bowl of tater tots (which were cold). So, needless to say we won't be going back here again.
This place has new owners so it's not like the old sports bar that was there. The food was decent but overpriced. I got the cod dinner and yall can at least make it a 4 or 5 piece meal for 17 bucks. Since all it was was 3 pieces and French fries. So it's not worth thr pricing and won't be back because of that. Huge props to Alexis our server. My daughter asked for garlic fries which you guys don't offer and she tried to see if you could make them. Alexis came back and said hey wanna try them with our garlic wing sauce....Sure why not.......great recommendation Alexis. At least you tried and thats great customer service. I would have given 3 stars if not for her. Food was good but yall gotta add more because of your pricing maybe like garlic bread and coleslaw to the cod dinner at least yo make it more worth it
I would not recommend, my friend ordered her appetizer & received her entree first. She asked the waitress SEVERAL times about her appetizer & the waitress told us she was still waiting on it…. 25 (probably longer) minutes later her appetizer came out…. Burnt & over cooked… we asked if it could be taken off our bill because not only was it over cooked.. she didn’t want it at this point… they waitress gave us a hard time about it…. They also didn’t have a manager on-site & I found that odd.. she eventually took the tots off her bill but I wouldn’t go back.
The service was great, the food and cocktails were very memorable. My server Abby was prompt and courteous to our table and I would recommend this place to others. I didn’t get salmonella ?
This place is one of my frequented places to go. The food is good. The atmosphere is good vibes. One of my favorite servers is Abby. She makes you feel like you’re the only girl in the world, as Rihanna would say.
Stole my money! Tried to pass someone else's much larger bill to me. When I confronted the server and the manager, they said they would void it. Not only did they not void it but they also ran my card for my tab too! I spent a lot of years in the restaurant business. They are so obviously scamming credit cards. I will be reporting them to their merchant account. Pay cash! Read your bill! Better off avoid this hole at all cost!
Went for dinner Friday around 5. Wasn’t super busy but service was extremely slow! Our server was nice, but definitely didn’t seem interested in checking in and keeping us updated. Appetizers took almost an hour…we were told 40 minutes after ordering that one of our choices was unavailable, so we had to pick something else. Drinks (pop) were empty on the table over 20 minutes. Once our meals finally arrived around 7:15, the fish was away over cooked and the tots tasted as if they had been left out and reheated. The pizza and burger were quite good however. I work in the industry and I understand that staff is limited at this time, but honestly if the server communicated with us even a little, the experience would have possibly been somewhat salvaged. Not sure we will be going back.
Food is good and nice crowd to mix/mingle. Bar staff are rather unfriendly and unapproachable. Girl who works during the day usually seems annoyed. We try to like it, but rudeness doesn’t work for us.
This IS THE place to enjoy your meals. Pizza was wood fired, meatballs were also in the fire pit and oh my! Both dishes were soooo good!
all I can say is WOW. we have never had a worse experience. 1st was seated but did not see a server for almost 20 minutes. 2nd finally got a server but didn't get menus for another 10 minutes. 3rd was extremely disappointed the menu and decor had completely changed. 4th ordered and waited for over 1 hr 20 min for a substandard hamburger with no condiments and cold soggy fries. before we were half done eating the server was throwing down the check trying to flip the table for other guests. I definitely can say I will not recommend or be back to this establishment
