Tasteful food, nice people. I've only eaten from Ponchos about 6 or 7 times two of which were dine in but I seem to like it, the Mexican sandwich with chunky beef is good and I also like the combination #1

Friendly service and the food is really good. To get 5 stars, they need to clean the place and come up with better salsa and make fresh, hot chips.
Our group of ten ladies had dinner tonight at Pancho’s. Our waitress (I forgot her name) was absolutely awesome. She was the only waitress working, which meant not only handling our group but the entire restaurant. We all were impressed with her attentiveness and fantastic attitude. The food was delicious! It was a perfect dining experience!
Had dinner here on Wednesday with a group of 10, even though the waitress was working alone she did a great job, she was friendly, got our drinks and food out to us quickly even took the time to take a few pictures for us, also the food was served hot and delicious. Thank you

They have a pretty good Mexican sandwich there the beef one but didn't like there salsa they gave with it
Don’t waste your time or money here I ordered a enchilada dinner seen the waitress write it down correct … well I didn’t get what I ordered tried calling to get it fixed but they kept hanging up on me so I went back only to catch them closing early… told me nothing we can do but come back tomorrow we will replace it for free …not good enough for me!!! I didn’t want tacos could’ve made that myself and besides who wants Mexican food 2 days in a row my stomach can’t take it … customer service is every restaurant owners responsibility and must take pride in…. if you don’t you won’t be open much longer because you are chasing your customers away!!!!! I used to go there a lot but when you call a head wait 15 minutes then go to pick it up and then they ask what was your order again and had to wait another 20 minutes for food …I was done then but I thought I would give them another chance after 2 years and they messed it up again…. There will not be an Opportunity for a 3rd time!!!! NOT GOING TO HAPPEN!!!!!
Called to confirm they were open and serving, they told me they were until 930Arrived at 915 to find out they were no longer serving and that the kitchen was closed, pretty bummed as they originally said they were going to be opened, the food is pretty good too, suggest changing hours on page.
