It's an OK McDonald's. Bummed they are using the pandemic as an excuse to keep their doors closed only drivethrew. Even short staffed they still raised their prices a chunk in the past year. Out of the number of times I've been threw this drivethrew ordering for 5 only 2x has my order been right. Today I ordered "double meat that's not just extra meat....that's double the meat on the bigmack." Still just got extra meat. O.o when they tell me to pull forward. Yea never got my order right. Why I go inside to order food and carry it out.
Why have the accuracy of an app if they are going to screw the order? This is now the 3rd time they've done so. Plus, if the fries are going to go all over the place - because you have them laying down I'm the bag - why nit use a 2nd bag? Not brain surgery.
Asked if they had hot fresh coffee and they said they would make a new pot for me! Great people great service good coffee!
Normally its pretty good but everything was cold which made it taste gross. Cant complain because your never given a receipt anymore. Im giving mc Donald's a break seeing this was twice in a roll
The Wyandotte location just passed out our order to the car before us. When I told them I didn't want a bag that the car in front of us went through already, they gave push back and still tried to hand it out. When I refused again they parked us to 'remake' the food only to just put it into a different bag and bring it out. The original tags for modification were on the sandwiches. Surprising behavior when the GM was at the store.

Appreciate that we were able to get my father-in-law a Burger and fries for dinner!We purchased a large fries for ourselves too snack on while we drove to his house. Most were fresh, but some were not as fresh.I really liked the sign in the window! It's unfortunate that they had to post it to remind people to chill and be grateful for those who showed up to work too get you your McMeal... Say thank you after you get your meal!
This review is based on my split experience during breakfast and dinner.The breakfast crew on my visits have been fantastic. Certainly A-Team material. They take the orders quickly, make the food properly and are friendly.The lunch/dinner crew however must have been the members who couldn't make the cut. They take forever to take your order and you're lucky if they get the food right. At least they're friendly.Visit during breakfast and avoid during lunch/dinner.

Everytime I have come here the burgers are cold when I get them (the cheese is not even melted AT ALL) my order is wrong (simple no onions or no pickles) and the customer service is terrible
