Today my coworkers and I placed a delivery order from a nearby hospital. Only 1 sandwich out of a large order was incorrect (missing cheese), I called the restaurant and complained ,the man that answered the phone apologized then took accountability and admitted he made the sandwich himself then offered to bring another sandwich delivered ,made correctly, and then rewarded with chips or a cookie. I was so amazed by this customer service today ,as were my coworkers it restored our faith in good people.
First off they messed up my order which I’m not to mad about they just gave me the complete wrong sandwich. Second I asked for the delivery “leave at door” method I didn’t know that meant they walk into your business and snoop around and come look for you. I had accidentally left the door unlocked which is my fault but I would’ve just expected them to leave the bag at drink at my door instead I get up and see a jimmy John’s delivery boy in my shop. Not happy. They also forgot my straw for my drink not cool jimmy johns. Definitely never ordering delivery ever again.
Go to Southgate if you’re getting delivery. This location literally forgets at least 1 item 100% of the time. So, plan on an hour wait for your full meal. 30 min for the first partial delivery and 30 min for the rest of it
This Jimmy Johns has never made my sandwhich right. Despite the fact i still order from here when im in the area. Once i had it for delivery but after waiting over an hour had to go pick it up. Yes they were busy but i already paid for delivery and was not even told a sorry for inconvience. This time the pickels, and only the pickles did not make it on my sandwhich. Every other request did. Idk how something like this can happen everytime.

The workers there are great! Fast delivery and great sense of humor, I always buy a delivery with my name and always put “poo head” for my girlfriends name and they love it!

Food is good, but every time I oder delivery it takes 45 minutes+. Supposed to be freaky fast is it not?
hit or a miss. sometimes it's phenomenal, other times it's not. delivery can be freaky fast or other times late as can be. ordered their new chicken wrap, made me violently Ill. slathered on the outside in sauce, messy as can be. on top of it they had to have poured a whole bottle of salt and pepper on it. threw up at work had to go home from the nausea and use my sick time. not too happy..
