Staff were nice and I got a good deal by ordering a sack of ten, which I ate in dine-in. They have a very good size dining room area which has plenty of room for the kids. They ample parking and are handicap accessible. And masks are optional at this time.Rick Zorn

Would definitely be back. Food was hot and fresh. Pleasant experience for a fast food restaurant. Especially with how short staffed everyone is.

Returned my order that was made wrong and the mgr took my burgers and anolized them and told us the had mustard on them(dont they make the burgers on a bed of onions) ya I wanted extra but we got them plain We also got 13 tartar sauces and no fish but noapology no Sorry For your inconvenience of having to come back to the store and to top it off my husband gave a tip...
Very slow service. Drive through only on 3/24, waited 10 minutes to get to order window and probably had to wait another 20 for someone to answer and for pickup but I left. Faster service at Five guys!
Horrible! As soon as I pulled up to the drive thru speaker I was placed on hold. I waited for 10 MINUTES. Another car pulled up to the other speaker and they didn’t say anything to them for about 5 minutes until that driver asked “Is this lane closed?” they answered by saying “I’ll be with you in one moment. They then came back to me and said it will be one moment. By now, I had been waiting for about 20 mins. Finally they came to the speaker and said, “May I take your order?” However, they weren’t asking ME, they were asking THE OTHER CAR. I was appalled. I had been there over 20 mins. They finally asked if they could take my order. I replied and asked why they took the other car’s order before mine and I had been there first and waiting. Jeanette (the worker) replied and said that she didn’t know who was first! That was sooo unprofessional. When I got to the window, she was very lackluster and underwhelmed that I was there. I asked her if the corporate office was still located in Columbus, she said I don’t know, I think. (She seemed upset that I asked) I asked for the manager’s name and she said Vonnie. When I drove up to get my order it took a long time and then finally the manager came to the window. She didn’t apologize or acknowledge the bad and unprofessional customer service, she only asked me to pull up to wait!!! Wait AGAIN!!!!!! I waited and then finally the worker came out and said NOT ONE WORD TO ME. He didn’t say, here’s your food or thank you for waiting. He came out and looked at me angrily and handed me the bag and walked away. I didn’t even want the food at that point because they were so rude, unprofessional, and unpleasant, I was scared that my food might’ve been tampered with. Shame on you White Castle!! This is NOT how you should treat customers!! I will be calling corporate on Monday.
Worst place ever. Ate here, food is okay, but the aftermath is crazy. I laid three atomic bombs in a toilet. Two at a hotel, one at my house. I feel bad for the guy that went in after me at the hotel. I hope he enjoyed getting a whiff of that. I hope that guy didn’t wanna spray febreez all up in that bathroom. Sucked drove from toledo and had to eat in the car. However.....food was hot. And great. We do this every year on December 2 for my granddaughters birthday. She ate her first WC when she was 3. She's now 11. It's a tradition. Thank You for those who did sir up for work. Never been let down. Been a customer since 1993, living outside of Chicago. First job was actually the WC in Gurnee IL.
When is white castle not good? The person working the drive through was very nice. Not our first time at this location and definitely not our last!
This is the best White Castle around the food is always on point you never got a bad order from them yet and they have autistic people working why can't other restaurants follow this example you order everything out on pepper jack double you get everything on them pepper jack double you order fries extra crispy you get fries extra crispy not burnt I would rate this place number one in downriver
