The person running the drive thru had a voice that screams "I hate my life". No extra words were wasted during his transaction with me and it didn't matter what I said. Every item of food I received was cold, congealed, and pretty sure it was lunch leftovers served at 7 pm. It's making the frosted flakes I'm eating right now seem down right gourmet.
So rude gave my husband old very old spicy nuggets when he order a regular 10 piece for me on his way home . Then I had to come up here my self and listen to the employee Cussing and then I could not even get a courtesy cup while I wait and employee young brunette said you can't get stuff for free and I said you guys put old nuggets in my bag and I had to come all the way from Gibraltar and also as I was walking a way she continued to talk about me as I was walking away so very rude never coming back
This place will RIP you off. Charged me 12 dollars for a si ngl, med fry and med coke. Burger was cold, bun not toasted, fries were cold, ask for mayo on side never got it. People that go here has to be desperate.
Was able to dine in the dining room. The drive thru was very busy, but moved quickly. The dining room had only one other group. I hope they keep it open when they can. I fully understand that help is very difficult to come by.
? they put bacon in my dave double.. I'm Muslim and not supposed to eat pork ???From the looks of the other reviews, their cooks are careless. People at the window were nice though, they replaced my burger. Seems to be you have to check your order before driving off at this location. Will not return again.
This is pathetic for a food service. Daves single and Baconator; Cheese under both and bacon only on top of the Baconator. As a former manager this is disappointing.
I ordered a double bacon Jr no onions. Somehow he got a bacon after out of it. So I had it adjusted at the window. What do I end up with? Jr bacon with mayonnaise on it. Thanks for not fix8ng my order. Also I ordered power aide not lemon aide.
The chili was too spicy. Also,we ordered a hamburger with out cheese.with pickle and onion( cheese bothers my son). It was melted too much to take much off. The staff was ok
They are extremely slow. i went there tonight (1-6-22) and there was a line. took forever (10-25 min ) to get up to the speaker and then when i did i ordered- 4 4 for 4's 2 of them with jr. bacon cheeseburger NO PICKLE OR ONION, sweet n sour sauce for the nuggets, the other 2... 4 for 4's was chichen sandwhiches (which they got right) with sweet n sour sauce for the nuggets, free frosty and one large fry. got to the window the staff just stood there talking and acting like they didnt know what to do. When one of the staff members handed (without making sure the guy had it) the bag to the other, it ripped and everything went on the floor , so then i had to sit there for another 10-20 mins whiile they made everything again ?????. when i got home and took everything out they forgot the sweet n sour sauce all together and didnt put bacon on the jr bacon cheesebugers..... like for real? seriously? seems like some certain skills/ better training needs to be done. didnt even get my money back, absolutely rediculous.
If I could give 0 stars I would! Was standing at the drive thru window because they messed up my order & they were serving the other cars food with bare hands after touching everything else.
