I ordered the Biebs brew for my mother and I and it was horrible. We could not even drink it and we were to far away to return it for a refund. I was disappointed because we ordered a large and it's costly. This is my favorite drink and now I am scared to order it again because it cost to much for the employee's to make it incorrectly.
Always quick, and the staff are always friendly. Morning time there usually is a line but they manage to get everyone through quickly and efficiently.Update; 6/7/22 Slow service, no eggs really confused since it's breakfast time. Waited way to long
I used to be able to give 5 stars..but two days in a row now, my whole order is not done right. Morning shift is better. Afternoon doesn't know how to make the food or give me the right drink ?♀️
Last week I ordered a Grilled Cheese Pannini. They were extremely busy so I figured that was why it was not done and the Cheese was cold and not melted. Today I decided to try it again as there was no one in line ahead of me. Again the bread was warm, but not toasted by any means, gobs of butter, (I like butter, but I don't want a mouthful of it.), cheese was again cold too. I've ordered this sandwich from other Tim Hortons and it was done MUCH better. I do not recommend getting one from this location. Extremely disappointed.
1st time we ever had HOT tidbits. They were very good. Was surprised that they did not have many Donuts ready early on a Saturday morning. This was way better than our Dunkin experience just prior to stopping here!
Terrible coffee, they mess up every time without fail, I order sweet iced coffee (mocha 2 creams and 3 sugars) and it always tastes watered down and gross. Don't waste your money or time at this location, go to west road in Woodhaven instead so you're not constantly wasting money.
Was able to get through the drive through quickly. My order was accurate and made quickly. The workers were friendly and the coffee is really good.
Don't bother going inside. Only one person working inside counter while multiple cover drive through. Waited 15 minutes mainly ignored, walked out after the 2 people in front of me who had been waiting longer left. This was an issue pre-covid so guess I shouldn't be surprised but still was disappointing not even being acknowledged while standing there.
Biggest coffee shop trolls ever.literally leaves their sign-on doesn’t put that they’re closed online or at their menu where you order they decided to put their closed hand written signed where you pick up your food. which ever manager was in charge of that needs to go back to training. Thanks for wasting peoples time. still a line wrap around your building
3 star because they had some good respect and replaced my order. And the lady at the window was very nice and polite she did nothing wrong but Somethings I found wrong is that they don’t break the yoke in the egg when cooking them at least for my order , croissant’s are rarely fresh the bacon is way different from the north end it tastes like honey smoked ham unlike any other location I’ve been to. The guy who makes the food didn’t take my allergy request serious that is why my order was replaced I’m glad I had an epiPen but hopefully they start taking that serious.
