Went there, ordered a strawberry muffin with various other items. Upon Receiving the bag I looked inside to check my order. Gave the bag back to them explaining that my order isn’t correct because the muffin that I ordered wasn’t correct. I was assured that it was indeed a strawberry muffin. Drove all the way home (about 20 mile away) only to discover that the muffin was NOT what I had ordered. I was so upset because I had made an attempt to correct what I’d originally thought to be wrong in the first place. This is why I have a hard time believing that all fast food workers deserve a wage above the state minimum. When you can’t follow basic instructions there is a serious problem on the inside.
The gentleman who’s been at the window lately is so kind and really makes your day. Greets you very warmly and says things other than the traditional customer service saying. Very good experience
Poor customer service and most times they are either out of something you want or a machine is not working properly for a specific beverage.
Did was slapped together and forgot half the order at the drive thru. Had to wait another 10 minutes to get everything we paid for... would not recommend if in a hurry. Find another location.
Drive thur was very fast. Coffee was good.

Waited almost 15 mins for one wrap and then was told to pull around where I waited another few minutes but had to leave since I had an appointment to get too. Called and asked for a refund and was told I needed to come in and they could replace the meal but nothing more for free. (But i paid for it already LOL) not even an apology and I was the only car in line at the time. Place is trash.
