Yesterday my family and I came here to eat, everything seemed fine. I got sick idk if it was the salad or not but it might have been.
Salads are great but you’ll wait 40+ minutes for an online pick up order while people who are walking in are getting their food right away. Placed my order at 11:20, walked in at 11:30, didn’t get my order until 12pm when finally one of the workers asked if I was waiting for something. “Yes my online order from 11:20am” “oh that’s been ready”. They have an online pickup area where they’re suppose to set the online food orders but instead will hold the food behind the counter, which makes absolutely no sense to me considering the whole idea of the online ordering area is to avoid having to bother the people behind the counters. And then when I express my frustrations with the manager, she was snippy and looked annoyed to have to be dealing with me over a mistake that SHE made
The salad looked nothing like what I ordered and was a bit pitiful. I gave three stars due to the fact that my Mom's looked a bit better. When they first opened they had awesome hearty salads and we would go grab one on Saturday's. It was worth the price then, however, what we got today was not. The salads are much smaller and they skimp on the toppings.
Started bad then made it right. Ordered take out I get charged extra for shrimp in my salad, picked it up went home (30mins) and opened it up to find no shrimp. Drive back is 30 mins and they close at 4pm It’s 3:45 so I’d never make it back in time. Called up there and the manager was great he talked to me and we worked it out without me needing to drive back up there. I order from them every Saturday and this is the only problem I’ve had. Great customer service and good salads also!
Cobb salad is fantastic! Hubby said his Club Salad is also very good. He's mad, though, because he found my moans of rapture were slightly disturbing in context. We WILL be back.
The food is good and the staff are attentive to the customer. However, the prices are high and the reliability of the business being open when the posted hours says they are has been an issue. My son and I order from Big Salad at least twice a week. Excellent food and the employees and management go above and beyond for their customers.
Great variety of salads and soups.They will build a salad the way you want.I have been there twice and will be back
