Great service. Decent food for a diner
How can you screw up an omelet and hash browns. Omelet not fully cooked the ham was shaved and the cheese was never close to melted
What a surprise when I ate there for the first time! The food was amazing. The dressings are homemade, the tzaki sauce is by far the best I’ve ever had! This hidden gem is a must go to. Best Coney Island downriver…hands down!
I ordered a turkey club with no lettuce and this is what I got for 10 dollars mainly a tomato sandwich the bread is very hard very unpleased with my first and last time getting anything from them .
It is a nice restaurant, on the smaller side which was fine with us. Most of the prices were on par with other family restaurants. They did have a few more expensive items, but to keep things in perspective, the more expensive dishes were things you don't usually see at a family restaurant, like Salmon as a seafood choice. The menu is big and there are a lot of choices. They use Dearborn ham in their chef salad and that was awesome. The place was clean the overhead vents were spotless ( try finding that anywhere else.) The bathrooms were also clean and we all love that.
To all the bad reviews leaning people not to go read on!Sparta is a super great restaurant the waitresses are absolutely amazing and so quick and ready to improvise if needed. The food is great honestly! I recommend the fish fry, Salmon, wing dings, Soups, Greek salad, bacon lettuce ranch wrap, and Most of all the breakfast options! It’s not a super big restaurant so it may be busy during the weekends, but the food always comes out hot and super tasty!I was upset the owner took off some items of the menu but over all its a great restaurant

We came here for breakfast when we were in town for a wedding. The staff was friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and the prices were great. The kitchen staff “killed it” with the speed of the order. We ended up returning for breakfast each of the three days and would have tried it for dinner if we had the time. You won’t be disappointed!
