I rarely comment on any particular establishments performance, other than a 1-5 rating. However since I enjoy Sammy's food on a regular basis, I felt this merited a comment. I ordered a simple small, one topping pizza last night and it was exceptional . Along with the super fast delivery, yours is by far my favorite.
Yes I really like Sammy's Pizza but I did not appreciate the person that took my order questioning how I would like my pizza. As a customer if I tell you I want my pizza cook halfway through the oven or if I want medium sauce it is your job to to figure out how to do that. It is not your job to tell me We can't really do medium sauce ( um Yes there is a way it's called don't put as much sauce on the pizza as normal) thank you by the way I was a general manager of a pizza chain for over 8 years so I know you don't talk to people that call in like that. Once I came to pick up my pizza I asked the same person who took my order were they able to put medium sauce on my pizza and he continued to argue with me face to face. Great customer service...
when a customer calls in and orders a pizza and asked for medium sauce you should not sit there and argue with them All you do is yell back to the cook and say hey this customer does not want the regular amount of sauce he just wants a little bit less... Pizza is amazing normally customer service today I give an f. I even came into the store to pick up my food and ask the same person who took my order if he was able to tell the cooks medium sauce and he continued to argue with me in person face to face not very good customer service very disappointed.
It's good but I'm not used to a sweeter pizza sauce. Good job on everything else though!
Was 5 stars but I'm tired of not getting my butter parm crust. I order often because their food is really good and great quality otherwise, but I give 15% tip and for a large pizza, 20 PC chicken, and a 2 liter I paid $46 dollars. So to once again not get my butter parm crust is just irritating. The chicken is excellent but we got the tiniest pieces of chicken, all 20 pcs didn't even cover the bottom of the box they came in.
Absolutely the best cheese sticks. Better then any other business. Pizza is good too, but I go just for the cheese sticks.
Awesome pizza I get a large pepperoni with old world pepperoni and cheese ontop of everything! Great pizza!
I absolutely loved the delivery person, Michelle I had from here, once. I hope I have her again with my delivery today! She seemed to genuinely care for our family and she provided fast service with a kind heart! Food was great too! The subs are the best available from any pizza place, by far!

ordered for the first time a little while ago & WOW!! great crispy crust and delicious sauce. will definitely be my go to pizza in woodhaven!
