The Qdoba in Woodhaven is garbage. They are always out of everything... all the time. Rice, cheese, queso, salsa, chicken. Like come on now. Save yourself some time and find a new location.
Food is always fresh even in a pandemic price is good for what you get.
Absolutely horrible, the place was a mess with empty containers. I will never go back there again, it was a waste of money bcuz I had to toss it out
I love qdoba but management at this location needs to step it up. Long haired employees preparing food on the line without hair coverings of any kind. No hats, visors, nets. EATING on the line/ front of house then immediately turning around and preparing peoples food. 1/20/22 6 pm
This was my first time coming to this place because if a previous bad experience at Chipotle but I was surprised when I tasted the food. It was really good and the portions were huge. I was full like a bed bug in a cheap motel.. lol. Awesome food.
First time I was ever in there very good very delicious I give it a 10 Star Plus plus more I went in with my daughter and my grandson excellent food even his chicken tenders were delicious ?
I love qdoba and it’s so disappointing that Woodhaven location is closest to me for door dash. Compared to Taylor location Woodhaven sucks! They don’t add anything in their guacamole, just mashed up Avocado pretty much. No onion or cilantro in it. They do not salt their chips and half the time when I get them chips are burnt. Employees definitely need retraining.
We typically love Qdoba and have given this location 3 chances to get it right, all to no avail. Today, however, was hands down our worst experience. We ordered thru GrubHub and they have addressed our issues, but the restaurant personnel themselves need to see this. I ordered a burrito and a 3 cheese nacho. The tortilla used for the burrito was incredibly dried out, the pinto beans were hard and undercooked, and the burrito itself was very poorly wrapped. The nachos were missing the pinto beans all together and the bowl was less than half full. Not nearly worth what I paid. Absolutely unacceptable quality. We have never had a good meal from this location and sadly will not be giving them another chance.
Employees need retraining. Burritos come shaped like a baseball, hard to eat. Got carry out, burrito was half wrapped in foil. Salad had little to no lettuce and half the bowl was full. No drinks were delivered, should of gotten 3. No utensils or napkins.
Been here multiple times, sometimes it's good. But Consistently they hardly have fresh veggies or chicken on deck. Not the greatest location.
