Mavericks is a good chain food restaurant type place with a solid selection of craft beers. It is the go to for my family and I since we can all find something we like to eat and the kids enjoy it as well.It is always clean and the waitstaff is almost always on the ball with taking your order and taking care of you throughout your meal. Out of the chain style places in this area Mavericks is the best without a doubt.
Went here as a last resort for being open on the 4th, and really impressed! The atmosphere was nice, place was really clean, and so was the food. The appetizer of sashimi was really good, and my entree being the blackened chicken bowl was really tasty. I highly suggest this place.
We had our puppies with us and we’re looking for a lunch spot that we could bring them to. Stopped into Maverick’s for the first time, and were so glad we did. They had an awesome covered patio area that allows dogs. We were greeted with a water bowl and some bacon for the pups. Service was great, the food was awesome, and they have a huge beer selection. Highly recommend checking this place out.
Nice experience…no complaints
First and last time I’ll eat here. Bad service: 10 minutes to be greeted, 15 minutes to get a water, chicken sandwich and tacos took 45 minutes and were cold, and the appetizer never came out. Crowd was minimal, lots of employees chatting with each other and standing by the bar. Very disappointing.
The restaurant is nice, the food was good, the drinks are strong and it was fast for being a busy Friday night. Our waitress was not very attentive and just kind of set things down and walked away. It was the end of her shift so maybe she was just tired. The shrimp mav tacos are delicious, the chicken one is good, I'd pass on the barbacoa next time (the meat was a little bland and too big of pieces).
I came here today and I will be coming again very soon! My server, Madi, was nice, funny, and got our food out very fast! I don’t know if it was just because we had her as a server but my experience here was amazing! Beautiful restaurant and server!

Nice place food was good. I will never go back. Because it’s pet friendly. Not against pets. But when they bring in the dog and they feed it on the table. Not for me. Or my family
We had a delicious meal and our server was awesome. Steak Frites were good as was the Prime Rib sandwich. loved that the sandwich was served with tots as an option. place is big, so no wait even in peak dinner time. I would describe Maverick's as a "Top Gun" among downriver restaurants. ?
