Lefty’s advertises as a place where everything is done right. More like where everything is done wrong. Our visit was started off with a pop machine completely out of ice. Diet Pepsi and Pepsi were both flat. Sierra Mist was just carbonated water with no flavor. Food order was messed up as well. Restaurant was dirty and some of the furniture was falling apart. Felt bad for the one employee who was doing all the work.
Change of recipe lately for the Chicken loaded fries. Used to be boneless wings or tenders cut up, they were delicious and almost made you overlook paying the $10 every once and awhile. But I’ve had them twice recently, once Monroe and once in woodhaven, each with Popcorn chicken. I mean, heavily processed chicken nuggets that doesn’t have real meat. If I wanted chicken bites and fries I’ll go to Checkers and get them for $7 cheaper :( the people are super friendly but this is just a quality issue.
Went to this location ordered a small Lefty's cheesesteak that was advertised on the stack of menus on the counter for $9.29, and to make it a meal with frys and a drink it would be 3.99 more. Well cash out and I was charged $10.49 for the sub and $4.99 for the "make it a meal". So then I ask the kid for a side of the pepper relish, he says ".80" more WHAT?!?! lol This location has been the worst, not only false advertising prices but its only 1pm and the bathrooms have NO SOAP AND NO PAPER TOWEL EITHER. Good times. SAVE YOUR MONEY FOLKS Jersey Mikes has cheesesteaks and ALL toppings are included in your price.
Gave this place a chance. And my opinion is IT'S GARBAGE FOOD. Don't waste your time and money here. Just like the one in Monroe!
Girl working tonight very dirty, scratching her braids, handled money and never washed her hands and tried to make my food. Got my money back and left also on her phone the whole time very dirty and ghetto. No wonder nobody was there. Bad for business

Ordered a cheesesteak online and it was ready on time AND is delicious. Will be back and highly recommend.
My family loves this place. We can't decide if the cheesesteak or cheesecake is better. We have never gotten anything we didn't like. Staff is amazing as well.
very disappointed by the deceiving size of there $6 corned beef egg rolls, what an over priced waste, I open up the Chicken Sandwhich and it's 25% smaller then the bun and I think this was $12.00. Its not worth the money.. Go get 2 Chicken sandwhiches from Burger King, Popeyes or Chicken Shack and you will be much happier and tastes better
