I would give it 0 stars if it was possible. I truly don't get the line at the drive thru... We ordered 2 of the chicken tender meals (the 5 piece ones which cost $10,49) and a free chicken sandwich by using a coupon in the app. The tenders tasted worse than the frozen ones available for sale at the store. They forgot to give us the sauce (the meal came with 2 choices of sauce), and they gave us mashed potatoes with gravy when we selected no gravy for both. Not to mention, one of the employees was smoking at the door of the restaurant but he was in the inside. The prices were quite high also. I'm very disappointed and will not return.DO NOT RECOMMEND!
I threw the fries away because they were very greasy. The chicken wasn't much better but I ate it anyway. This will probably be my last visit. It's disappointing because this used to be thee best KFC. This is the third time in recent months that I've had it and it has been bad each time. The service is fine, the food not so much.
Price for an 8 piece bucket went up $5 from $13 to $18 in the past week, really????? A few times I’ve gone there was also no one there when they’re supposed to be open

They rush you placing your order and seriously trying to read their menu board causes anxiety it's such a mess. These people are FAST (oddly accurate too) which is great, but every single person looks miserable, slightly rude, and in a hurry to get you to go away.
Went to drive thru to place my order when I was told most of the stuff they were out of not to mention I was rudely rushed and that kind of attitude remained throughout my visit. I thought and get this THE MANAGER was going to flip out that I asked for honey for my biscuits!! Unless your desperate GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
They gave me a chicken wing instead of a chicken leg with A 3 piece dinner, But did not tell me that . The person at the window Was not polite at all. Not even a thank you.
Totally rude, dirty looks, HUGE attitude for literally no reason. Shoved food at us, and shuts the window manually while still trying to grab our stuff. Airpods in the whole time, and completely ignores you if you speak to her. This is the third time in a row. We tried more than once, hoping it was just a fluke, but nope. Rude as hell
I don't know the chicken just doesn't taste the same it tastes old maybe I should change the oil more often and buy a better grade of chicken because most pieces are bruised
