Twice now I have made an online order that was not done right. 2 weeks ago it was a forgotten pickle no big deal. Never seen the refund for it but hey not that much a loss either. Today I ordered my lunch supposed to be an Italian sub. Get to work out it in the fridge. Take ut out at 11pm lunch time NO FREAKING MEAT! Wth?With?? You guys have to do better.
Good subs, for the price they should add more meat! Try adding it on and OMG, expensive!

We have been there multiple times when they are either out of bread or closed early. I see many others have had the same experience. I guess the owner does not care. They always seem to have 4 to 5 employees inside.
Jimmy johns on west rd is woodhaven made my sub with a hard bun, and when I called to report it he said he gone give me $2 because that’s how much the bread cost, no apology or nothing , they wouldn’t even remake my sub. I will never go back there
It has been close to 36 hours since the snow stopped.Parking lot not plowed, sidewalk not shoveled. Yet the shovel was inside the door.Three employees were working inside that I could see, so it wasn't like there was only one person for the entire business.I had no idea if I was walking where the sidewalk was or over grass.You could see the ice build on through the snow close the the building.I will be finding another location for my business.

I wish I could actually rate the food but the 4 times I've tried to, I've been promptly dismissed after being informed they have ran out of bread once again. How does this happen this often, and from the reviews it seems to happen more often than not and for some time now. I truly do not know how your location keeps it's doors open being a sandwich shop that never has bread.
Definitely live up to the motto “FREAKY FAST”
It’s freaky how for being a sub shop, you guys are always out of bread. I can understand it happening once ina while, but this is the 4th time I’ve come to this location and tou guys were out of bread. It’s fast how easily you guys dismiss your customers. Whether you’re out of bread or can only take card or cash. But thank you for sending me down the street, because they were freaky fast when it came to their subs.
