Only reason not 5 stars, is their hours... I realize being short staffed limits many businesses, but this is a truck stop, they can get business later than 5 or 6 or 8 pm, whatever it is.Now, if I could give 20 stars.... my waitress Mia. Wow, what a gem ?, very nice, quick to freshen the coffee, and well, ..... what can I say -- she's easy on the eyes !! .. IHOP ... don't lose her !!??
First of all , we got there at 2:27. The door says dine in open till 5, so I thought good, we have plenty of time. Husband& I.we go up to be seated, lady says" we're closed, no dine in"!Went next door & ate instead.IHOP SHOULD CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN THIS IS THE 5TH TIME .I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS.TOTALLY WORTHLESS!!
Linda was our server she was awesome!!! We booked our shower prior to coming into the IHOP connected to the flying J . She gave us coffee once our shower was ready we were able to take a shower and come straight back to our both to order !! The food was good and hot she was very polite and professional. She was a breath of fresh air since I deal with alot of rude people. Everyone in this establishment were pilot and helpful!! I will definitely come back !!
This restaurant has gone down hill so bad since Covid. They absolutely refuse to EVER answer their phone. They will have more than half of the tables in the restaurant empty, but yet the lobby will have 20 people waiting to be seated, With an hour wait. Makes no sense. They don’t allow carry out for some reason? It’s like they are trying to not make any money at this location. I feel bad for the servers, they could probably make a lot more money somewhere else where they actually wants to do business. My advise, don’t bother even stopping here. It’s not worth the headache. Go somewhere who actually wants to serve their customers.
Great customer service- we had a party of about 15. I am delayed in writing this, so I dont recall my server and bus boys name, but they were great.Half the adults got the T-bone and eggs. Good feedback. Kids mostly got pancake breakfasts- which were devoured! And there were a mix of some other dishes ordered.I got the steak bowl with rice, peppers, avocado and added a fried egg. It was good. They were out of avocado but other than that, I would order again.
Staff here is so awesome and at the gas station too. Had my 3 year old nephew and he had a blast, thanks to these guys for being so good to us. ??
To start the server was fantastic! The food on the other hand lacked in taste and appeal. The server was very helpful and accommodating. The new turkey dinner was not my favorite.
Food was excellent. Considering that there was only ONE server it was great. The server is awesome, she was running around taking care of everyone; not ideal but certainly a testament to her incredible determination. I'd have given it a 5 star if there had at least been more staff.
kids were sooooo excited to finally go to IHOP till we waited 45 mins to find out they didn't have any cooks and didn't tell the 10 other people waiting before we got there. tried to go back a month later no warning but a small hand written note on the door carry out only. not cool.
Nice experience. Food and staff were good.
