Placed an online order and the last several times we have done so, the order has been given to us incorrectly. Unfortunately, we haven’t caught the mistakes until we brought the food home, and when we tried to call to speak with someone, the line just rings and rings and eventually asks you to enter a code. Being that I am both gluten and dairy free, this used to be one of my safe places I could eat, but unfortunately it seems like their service has gone downhill. We’ve had meat missing from subs, toppings missing or changed from what we ordered, pickles that are supposed to come as a side missing, and today, I ordered a medium sub on gluten free paid, paid the up charge, and was given a small one with toppings missing, and a very small amount of meat. Not sure if management recently changed or what, but I’m disappointed in the recent service we’ve had. It will be a while before I’m winning to give them another try.
Paid $30 for 2 subs. Got my order home. Super bummed. The brisket sub was fine. I got tuna. The attendant asked if I wanted tomato and Lettuce and onion and mustard on it too. I excitedly agreed. Asked if we both wanted a pickle on the side. Yes please! No pickles. No toppings on the tuna sub and I had to add my own tuna because there was barely any on it. I've tried calling 3 times to complain because if not properly compensated I won't be going back. They aren't answering the phone. It's 1pm on a Tuesday.
Soggy bread and not toasted as requested. It was like our 2 subs were dipped in water then put in a box. Some items requested were not on the subs.For the cost of takeout these days it's so sad that the preparation is worse than ever.
The food was delicious. The staff was very nice. They were clearly understaffed but did an amazing job. I was in from out of town. Thanks for making it pleasurable.
Price is good and the virigia honey ham sub is delicious.
I'm usually not a review guy and to be honest most people who write reviews are just being inconsiderate and overdramatic. However, I paid $15 for a sub and drink combo that was genuinely bad. I've been going to this Firehouse for over 4 years and have always had an excellent sub. Unfortunately, I can't even say the sub was mediocre this time, it was just bad. I believe the meat was borderline spoilt, the lettuce was brown, WAY to much dressing was applied and the soda was essentially tasteless/flat. All for $15??? I'm sorry but that might be the last time I go to this Firehouse.
Always good.Brisket is 50/50 when getting meat or fat on sandwich. All other sandwiches are good.
Good sandwiches. Unfortunately during covid you can't go inside. If you order online you have to pick up in the Drive-Thru Lane. If somebody in front of you is ordering food and your food is ready you have to sit and wait for them to make the other person's food while your food sits there getting cold. Pretty bad setup for pickup orders. Used to go here quite a bit but since I can't get food without waiting 30 minutes I don't go here anymore.
Because the dining area is closed there is no reasonTo order online or curved side because you still have get in the drive thru line to pickup your orde.
Bought a gift card to give as a gift this week. Opened it up today to find the card is disgustingly dirty! YES THEY SELL RELOADED CARDS!
