Seriously never had a bad experience here. The morning staff are quick. I stop by 2-3 times a week and occasionally use the app to order. Everything including the breakfast sandwiches are consistent.
This used to be my regular tea and treats pick up location. Lately my favorite Vanilla Chai tea ( mostly hot, sometimes iced) has been bad: inconsistent quality, inconsistent taste, prize went up, not so friendly staff...Just today ordered hot vanilla chai from drive through, it was luke warm, as I nicely drove around back to drive through, I was told that's as hot as it comes (!?) I asked money back and left unhappy, again. Disappointed.
Like six workers and no one seemed to know what they were doing. You would have thought you were watching a sitcom. Looked like some health code violations too. Things laying everywhere, open containers. This place grosses me out.
I ordered a large iced mocha latte at this location. When I was finishing the last bit of it there was a peanut in the bottom of it. Obviously this was physically cross contaminated from the restaurant as I had not bought anything nor eaten anything that day. This could have killed someone with a severe peanut allergy. It also makes me think how clean is it in the food prep area to have found a nut in my coffee? Sorry but you need to do better before you hurt someone.
Evening staff was terrible. I ordered a hazel nut cappuccino and they only filled my cup half way up. My sandwich was hard as a rock, when I tried calling the number provided, it went to some immature guys prank voicemail. TERRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL
I'll never come back. Rude staff. Anytime I try and order a smoothie they simply say "no".Doesn't matter if it's 6 am, 10am, or 3 pm. Always refused a smoothie no matter what at this dunkin Baskin combo. I waited 30 mins in the drive thru just to be told no and have to find other options for my kids and myself.

Ordered a hot pumpkin spice latte with almond milk & a regular iced pumpkin spice latte, as well as two donuts. They were sold out of nearly all the donuts & the two we did get were incredibly stale.They messed up & used dairy for both drinks, thereby triggering a painful allergic reaction.AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
I live in the area and trust me you might as well go to the Dunkin Donuts on Sibley Rd inside the Sunoco gasstaion. Lattes taste like hot milk everytime! I’ve tried it numerous times. Ownership and the way those employees were trained is the issue.
Lobby closed when we got there but coffee was good and fresh
