This was my first time trying Detroit Wing Company, and I was not happy. I ordered boneless lemon pepper wings and regular fries. The fries were seasoned great, but were overcooked. The chicken tasted like lemon "only". It was not pleasing at all. The canned peach soda pop was good. ??
This is it there tonight in order to $100 worth of food ... what a waste of money and time the food was everywhere in the bag it was leaking every where the manger didnt care... The order was wrong and cold... DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
I was so excited to have one open locally to my area, and was so excited to place my first order Sadly it will be my last. Whoever is running that store should be immediately replaced. Employees were outright rude and disrespectful to several customers patiently waiting in their lobby. Not a single customer was greeted, and the guy behind the counter carried himself as if the customers were the biggest inconvenience for him. I had placed two separate pick up orders, first order was due to be ready by 5:52 and the second by 6:02 I was handed my second order first at 6:08 and when I inquired about the first one the employee immediately cut me off midway through my sentence and said “I don’t know they’re probably bagging it up” and walked away from me, frustrated I had went to my vehicle and sent my boyfriend in to wait in my place. When he approached the employee and inquired what was going on with the first order he was told “dude I don’t know, they’re probably working on it” there was no attempt to check and reassure either of us it was in the process of being boxed up. Finally was tossed a mess of a bag at 6:15. Other customers even chimed in on how disrespectful their employee was. Don’t care if the food is decent, I’d rather spend my money at McDonalds where they at least properly greet their customers and not greeted with a head nod and attitude or as “dude”
Tried Waterford location yesterday for first time & it was fantastic! Cajun dry rub boneless wings were an instant favorite! Boneless wings are larger than other places. Very good.
Really good food and the staff was very friendly definitely will order from there again
Boyfriend and I got the 18 piece meal. The wings are huge, but the fries that come with are bland and the "large" side options are only coleslaw and potato salad, neither of which we are ecstatic about. We got the potato salad which then was ruined by the dill. For 35 dollars we could have had a better meal at Buffalo Wild Wings and a better dining experience as this place only does take out and had a 20 minute wait upon order. It was an okay experience, but would rather eat BWW or Wingstop.
Awesome wings, definitely one of the best in the area. Garlic parmesan sauce is a must-try. Wasn’t a big fan of the habanero ranch dry rub, but thats all i’ve tried so far. The sauce tasted very fresh, definitely made in house. Give these guys a try.
Service. ?But my husband loved the wings. We will try this place again but we'll probably go to another location.
First impression was great. The butter cheese fries are the best fries I’ve tried downriver so far. The boneless wings are massive, you get what you pay for. Highly recommend this place.
Absolutely love this place. The food is delish and the staff is always so friendly. DWC has the best wings around!!
