If a decision needs to be made that involves "ONLINE ONLY" please provide your employees with answers so your costumers are not left in the dark.i.e. - is this a permanent decision? Just this week? today?I enjoy Chipotle and would like to make the necessary changes required to continue ordering from this location. Do you have your own app? Do I need to reach out to DoorDash, etc? THANK YOU!

Just picked up an order at the Allen Rd location..... absolutely terrible. They barely had the toppings I wanted, got sour cream all over the bowl tops and just smeared it off with the plastic gloves she was wearing, instead of replacing the tops. Because the heavier bowls were placed on the top, when they bagged my food up, when I got home 2 bowls were pretty much smashed up. Over $50 later...totally disappointed.

Had to give them a star. This place is a joke. People who run it are bad. I finely got over you have to pay with card or have the right amount of money. They do not give change. Today stop in to get food and was told they were only doing online orders. There were 4 works setting at the tables looking at there phones. I order online a few months an there were closed after I order and went to get food. Had to wait for my refund so I am not using you online order ever again. Went across the street and got good food from a place that wants to help people.

I'm very dissatisfied, I came in to order my wife food, was told they were out of salad when building her food. Yeah nice - I got to the register and I noticed salad at the online order station to the right, I asked or some and was repeatedly told no, this is for online orders only. I wanted to cancel my order and go order on my phone. Unbelievable that the business would support online orders over in person - hopefully someone form chipotle figures out this is bad for business - won't be coming back any time soon.

I gave one star cuz they made me give something. This place has the rudest employees I have ever dealt with.. I stopped here to get my husband something and didn't have my phone with me they said online only. Ask him please sir I left my phone at home he told me to go home and get it if I wanted to order.. the computer right in front of him I'm sure I'm seeing a lot of people walk out with nothing because of it. People in the parking lot talking about them and not giving them their business it's bull. It's not that good for this much I'll never go back

Ordered off uber eats. Order was $42 to be expected after delivery fees, etc. Did not give me half the food I ordered.

My first time ever at any chipotle, staff was very helpful, had great assistance from cashier alyssa, picked up lunch for me and my mom and found it to be delicious, great service and food, will repeat

This chipotle is off the charts, rating after my second visit just to be certain. Line was small, staff was friendly. The lady forgot to ring up the peligrino so she comp-ed it. I'll be going back.

I’m writing about the horrible mistreatment I received at Chipotle in Woodhaven today. I often order DoorDash and online, since the start of the Woodhaven location. On occasions when my order was wrong or missing items…I have called to speak to a manager, as food gets expensive when items are missing etc. I’ve had managers who have been happy to fix any problems. But today I went in inside the store to place an order. I ordered nachos, which are not on the menu, but I have ordered this MANY times before. I simply pay for a bag of chips, and the chips are in place of the rice. IT’S STILL MADE LIKE A BURRITO BOWL. All of a sudden, a manager started telling the young girl who was preparing my food… “No! Do NOT make her nachos.! “ I replied…”Ok, but you just made them Wednesday.” The manager became really rude, “Who made them for you!!! So you’re telling me that she made them in my face!!!!” I could not believe his tone and the treatment. He then said…”I know who you are!” So then I asked if he was upset with me because of the times that I called when my DoorDash orders were wrong? He continued to be rude and tell me “YOU’RE going to Taylor!” I asked for his managers name. He refused to give it to me. I asked the employees…He told them…”Don’t talk to her! I said, what is your name? He replied…”Moe!!! M-O-E!!!! Tell whoever! As he laughed sarcastically. I was totally humiliated. He told me…”Get out, I’m calling the police!” I walked outside. The police came, not one, but two police cars! I explained to the police officer that I ordered nachos that were NOT on the menu, but there was never an issue in the past. I explained that the particular manager on duty at this time obviously has some type of vendetta against me for my former issues with my online and DoorDash orders.. Even the officers apologized to me for what happened to me. I could not believe that a restaurant that I frequent as often as I do, would allow a manager to treat a customer as poorly as I was treated today. I could have been in a bad situation by calling the police on me. I am notifying corporate.

Great service. Everyone was nice and helpful. Food was hot and tasted fresh!
