First and foremost, we are all truly apologetic to scaring our waitress. While ordering, my nephew started screaming he had a tick on him, which resulted him & our niece running outside. Our waitress, I don’t think she even flinched and continued taking our orders like nothing happened. Besides that fiasco, the food came out quick, good & hot, while our waitress continued to check on us. Overall our experience here was great, and again, we are so sorry about the insect-fear-induced-outburst from our nephew.
My experience at buffalo wild wings almost got ruined by a bad hostess.Every time we would check how much longer of a wait our hostess would add more time on. After waiting an hour and the hostess Ali added another 45 minutes onto our wait and said she can't help the fact that people are just coming in and sitting down. I couldn't believe this was happening at this kind of establishment. I requested to speak to a manager. She soon got Dao who not only got us seated in 5 minutes he put the best waitress in the place at our table. Haley has a nak for taking care of people. She is amazing at what she does. Thanks for making a almost bad experience so good.
We have given this location multiple chances and they just continue to disappoint. Dine in, carry out there’s always something wrong. It doesn’t matter because management doesn’t care and neither does the staffWrap that has almost nothing inside.Chicken tenders that had been hanging out in kitchen awhile.Burger burnt, remade maybe because it came back quick and looked the same.This is why I mostly support small business who puts pride in what they do.A Man next to us inside (patio was open, he could of went out there) was vaping, ya know the ones that look like a 50year old chimney that’s never been cleaned… blowing right over to our table. All while talking to staff and management so he apparently knew them so they allowed it.
Good selection of burgers, sandwiches, and wings. It's in the name for crying out loud so you know they have a ton of wings. Honestly nothing really flies off the menu, it's all good, but pretty generic. That's not say it isn't good, because it is, it's just your standard hipster food joint. You're not paying for the food, you're paying for the atmosphere. There's approximately 67 TVs in the joint so chances are, whatever sporting event you'd like to watch they'll have it on.
This place was off the chain our hostess and server soffie was so great made sure we were well taken care of even the cook came and checked on use this place is truly a great establishment to visit the food was excellent I greatly recommend this place and again thank you so much Soffie for the great customer service
Rita the barkeep was great. Not to pushy and patient while we worked out our order. Checked in w us without making us feel pressured. If in the area will stop back by for sure.
Ordered my typical 10 original wings. Tried half Thai and half orange chicken. Didn't care for the flavor of the Thai at all, the orange chicken was pretty good but all of it was lukewarm, totally dry and chewy. Worst wings I've ever had.The kicker was that I had wanted to go to the Mexican place next door but they were closed cuz of the snow storms here.
So I have COVID so I couldn’t go get the wings my self so my father went up there and get them for me. Well they didn’t give me ranch so they said I could send someone up there then. My niece goes up there they said they don’t have any ranch. Then there phones are off.
