Came in to get a to-go chocolate malt. I left with a subpar shake and it cost almost $8. That can’t be right. I definitely was overcharged and ignored by most of the staff.
Went here Friday the 17th and we were greeted right away by our very pleasant waitress. She gave us a few minutes to order and in the meantime brought us drinks. A few minutes later she was out with our food. The food was hot and good. Waitress came to check on us a couple of times. Service was excellent and food was good and the place was clean!
The food was acceptionial, but the service and shake were below average. The shake was not mixed properly and the service was very uninviting. I think it had something to do with me being by myself because the receptionist and waitress had quite the attitude in their tone and body language that I didn't notice them treating other tables with multiple guests.
This place was awesome! I had the Philly cheesesteak sandwich and my hubby had the big boy burger while my kiddos enjoyed the pancakes with bacon. Every part of our meal was delicious and I can't wait to go back. First time ever trying them but they definitely have a customer for life now. The waitstaff were awesome as well and because they didn't have creations they brought my daughter's colored gel pens from one of the waitresses in the back. So sweet and awesome food. Love big boys!
Consistency. That would explain the food. One knows what to expect from the menu and this restaurant delivers. But the hidden treasure IMO is the wait staff and managerial hands on attentiveness. The staff is cooperative among themselves and it provides an air of peaceful contentedness that results in cheerful waitresses. For me, that’s the difference between a good Sunday’s lunch and a delightful one. Look for happiness. It’s elusive and yet so influential. Enjoy.
Restaurant was very clean inside and out.The wife and I were seated immediately, waitress was very polite.Food was hot and delicious.Our waitress did a fantastic job.
Staff was fast and friendly. I was a little disappointed that the buffet was completely shut down at 9:00 PM on a Friday.This place was absolutely spotless.My food was less than expected. The Southern Omelette only had a few scattered pieces of sausage and the overwhelming flavor was the white gravy on top.I'll give them another chance next time I'm nearby.
Always a great place to eat. The food is excellent along with the service.
Food was sub par. Service was good. Servers worked very hard.Had the chili. not good. Would never have again. Hot wings were OK. The quality is just not there. I haven't been to a big boy in years. Was hoping for a good experience. Will be added to the don't return list.
The food was so discusting I couldnt even eat it. I ordered the chicken sandwhich and it was burnt and super salty. The buns on my daughter Big boy was also burnt. Very disappointing and no effort was made in making the order. She didnt give me my honey mustard either.
