I usually enjoy my Applebee's experience, maybe because we arrived at 10pm but the hostess seated us at a table that wasn't clean, it was still sticky. We didn't make a fuss and moved ourselves to a new "clean" table. I used to be a waitress. Food and service was good but that first impression soured the experience. Even left a tip.
Every time I come to this Applebees I order steak. I usually ask for it cooked medium, but I always get it well done. Before I’ve had to even ask for a new steak because it was very well done, but then I just got another well-done steak. Because of this today I ordered a medium-rare steak, hoping even if it was over cooked it would come out medium. But instead, I got another well-done steak. I wouldn’t be so upset, but I don’t like spending my money on food that didn’t match my order.
Ashlie was outstanding! Very personable and attentive; never had an empty drink! She has a great personality and a great sense of humor. If i owned a restaurant I would hire her immediately. 10/10 server! I will be requesting Ashlie’s section from now on anytime I visit the Applebees in Woodhaven.
Franco took very good care of us and service was very good. Service with a smile and cheer. Franco is the best.
If you are looking for an amazing dining experience downriver… look no further than Woodhaven Applebees… here you will meet Hannah!!! She is our new favorite… so… stop by and ask for Hannah…. I work in a customer service industry and I will tell you… peeps like Hannah do not come along very often… she is a natural… she is a ? % people person.. any business should be so very lucky ? to have her on there staff!!!! I love what she brings to the Applebee’s experience!!!!
Loved my curbside pickup experience. Everyone was friendly and the food was great. Special shout-out to Brooklyn who helped me out by bringing out my order.Her customer service was top notch! Will definitely be coming back!
Just wanted to take a moment to compliment the service we received from Ashlie this evening. You guys were super busy, the restaurant was at capacity, and she was fantastic! I appreciate a server who does a great job, and she handled our table of 4 adults and 4 children with a perfect display of relaxed competence. Well done!
My family and I are regulars in Ashlie's section. She greets us with a smile all while keeping a high fun energy. Our 7 year old daughter refuses to sit elsewhere! Her quick, attentive service keeps us coming back each week!!
Went there last week looking for fish and chips. We had the fish only problem waiter had no idea if it was cod haddock or white fish
