Today was my VERY FIRST TIME coming to this wendys & will definitely be my last , line was ridiculously long i waiting in line for about 15 minutes didn’t get acknowledged when I got to the speaker when i did , I kind of got attitude I ordered my food , & went to it it , fries are cold , nuggets are cold , burger ( double stack ) cold & burnt ! , by far thee worst wendys experience I’ve had , this wendys need to be shut down
The only reason why we go there as we can go through the drive-thru and get a diet Dr pepper it's local and it's quick

I always get the apple pecan salad. My only issue is that I have to always ask for the extra pecans that I already ordered. Other than that np.
Wouldn't even give it a star if I could help it. Fries were limp and cold like they sat there for 2 hours and the burgers were worse. They looked and tasted like they had sat for 2 days. Dry and WAY overcooked - burnt. Sad as this used to be a pretty good location. Not any more. FYI McDonald's is a mile away and has much fresher food and a drive thru that actually moves.
Our order was missing a burger and had an extra chicken nugget and bacon cheese fries. The staff made the situation right ?I had stopped in around 8:40 on Monday.
This is not the best Wendy's I've ever been to. Most of the time staff is friendly but not always. Not to mention it is a very slow go at the drive-thru and I feel like even though other fast foods are opening their dining room they have not. Perhaps they are short staffed I do not know. They need to have more salt on their fries that I do know ☺️
The pandemic has caused all kinds of crazinest. But the group of employees here were on point. Friendly and the food didnt really take long at all. I know this only a review but you all are doing a great job

The ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE!! The entire staff is so disrespectful and nasty it’s not even funny! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! I asked for a refund , guy in the window told me “ you already paid for your food , so you don’t get a refund ..” If I could give them 0 stars I would they need to be shut down period. Don’t waste your time , gas, & money coming here you’re in for a big disappointment
