Today I ordered the $5 Biggie Bag; Double Stacked burger combo and this is what I received; a dry Double Stacked Hamburger; this is the Wendy's located on 439 South Wayne road, Westland MI 48186. I do not recommend eating here! I will not eat here again.
Normally I have a really good experience but today they had some people that didn’t know what the heck they were doing at drive thru. And the first window took my money but didn’t do something to tell the second window that I had paid. And they refused to give me my food that I just paid for and we’re extremely rude about it. Claimed the guy told me at the first window the wrong amount. In that case how is that my fault you’re not competent to tell me the correct amount? I will be going back to speak with a manager but I have things to take care of . Please Stop hiring incompetent and rude children.
I will never ever go to this location again. Maybe never another Wendy's tbh. The drive thru lady was EXTREMELY RUDE. She doesn't enunciate properly, and messes up every order. Also seems to enjoy talking rather than listening. Not good customer service. Manager was INEPT. MY VISIT WAS ON 7/5/22 between 415 and 4:45. I requested 3 frostys, she only gave me two. Then told me I wasn't charged for the 3rd, and I'd have to drive around and get in line again...EXCUSE ME?!?! While some people do deserve to make a higher wage, not THIS employee. This employee needs a muzzle and to be fired. Manager was INEPT.While my food order is getting older and frostys are melting in the car they want to argue about another frosty. At this point, I'm beyond aggravated. I tell her to just get my frosty.ikl pay for it. I just want to be done and get food home.Get home with 2 half melted frostys, 1 newer that I had to fight for, a drink carrier would have been too big of an ask, I guess.oh.... also, I was missing a large fry when I came home.If the owner would like to contact me. Please reach out. I'd love to tell you my experience in full detail. The only person I spoke with who seemed to care was a nice Caucasian lady with long blonde/light hair. Everyone else cared less. I won't go into detail, but the customer service at this location has dropped to the point I don't want to go back. I also submitted a complaint to Wendy's and have not heard anything back and it's been weeks.Edit: 06/21/2022 - Raised from 1 star to 4The last 2 times I've been here, I've had no complaints. The orders were accurate, and all the employees were very nice.
Slower than snall poop. Order taker 15min between every order. Completely ignores window customer. Personal seem to only do 1 task at a time holding each other hand. There excuse is they only have 3 people. One to cook one take orders one to expadite
Ordered online and showed up at the pickup time. Went inside and waited 30 minutes. Food was cold when I got home. Went thru the drive thru today and repeated my order twice and the guy still shorted me food. I'll find a different Arby's next time. Also if the Manager talked to me the way he did his employee's I would have walked out.
We are still skeptical about going out to eat but when we saw there was no one in the dining area we went for it. The store was clean and the staff were exceptionally nice. They commented to us that it was so nice for them to have customers in person. We felt very welcomed. The food was received promptly - not a long waitAnd it was fresh and hot.
This place has improved greatly! Food was quick and came out hot. I didn’t catch his name but whoever was taking orders on 4/18/2022 at 4:20pm was extremely kind and helped me clean off my windshield in the drive through line and told me to get home safe. He went way above and beyond. Thank you
I left the Wendy's on Michigan Avenue in Wayne due to an unprofessional greeting (from some guy with a poor attitude)...I figured that if they can't at the bare minimum greet customers in a nice way, that my food order was probably not going to be good. Anyways, the gentleman at this Wendy's (Wayne road Westland) was pleasant. In short, drive a little farther...get a better greeting, faster service, and better food.
Just bought 6 breakfast sandwiches on my way to work 3 bacon biscuit 3 sausage biscuit the special currently being advertised for a dollar each. Supposed to have egg and cheese at least that's whats advertised. None of the sandwiches had egg or cheese.
